Fantastic B&B. We used this B&B to have a ‘pied-à-terre’ while attending a nearby wedding. The building itself, which has an interesting historical background, was very well maintained and offered all the amenities one could expect from an upper class accommodation facility: private bathroom/very comfortable beds with extra pull-out/well soundproofed/ and pool/covered spa… The breakfast itself also definitely added to... Superb facility -- thoroughly enjoyed the room, pool, spa. and an added bonus -- the history (involving Sir Wilfrid Laurier), which Jacques, our amiable host, shared with us. Lovely breakfast too. In all, a wonderful place to stay.

We booked this 'on the fly' through booking.com and felt lucky that we had been able to reserve a room. We were welcomed by Jaques, a charming Quebecois, who gently guided us through the history of this amazing house, and the property. The heated saltwater pool, the Spa and the room were all gratefully appreciated after our long journey. The... More

The room was very good, clean and charming with all facilities ( swimming pool, spa, garden). We get a very good breakfast . The ancestral house is very nice with a very important historical fact : the owner( judge) in 1874-1876 with Sir W Laurier began to write the canadian constitution. It is magnificant region for road cycling.

Lovely Victorian in a modern town. Gracious host who entertained us with lively conversation over fine breakfast. All rooms are en suite-- but bathroom facilities are minimal (the only reason for 4 stars).

Absolutely beautiful! This historic house is set back from the street, with an imposing facade, a sign of things to come. The inside is beautifully decorated, each room with its own character. There is a central wide staircase, with two rooms, a dining room and a communal living room on the first floor. There are more rooms on the second... More

Jacques was a superb host to a group of senior cyclists. Comfortable and well appointed rooms in an attractive Victorian manor home, and a marvellous breakfast to launch us on another great day of bike touring.

Beautifully appointed Victorian themed rooms are the heart of the charm of this place. Jacques, the host, was helpful, friendly, and most gracious. His dinner restaurant suggestion was a prefect match to our expectations. The location is in a quiet corner of Victoriaville but there are several beautiful walks right from the property. After his amazing breakfast we headed out... More

Very congenial hosts and a great place to visit. We were on our way to Gaspe and will most certainly stay here again. Comfortable room and a good sleep. The B&B is living history...feels like stepping back in time.

Stayed here for a long weekend in May 2015. This is a wonderful B&B - had a great room, delicious breakfasts and it is run by simply fabulous hosts. Jacques had great suggestions for local things to see and do. Couldn't ask for anything more!
