Ok lets start at the beginning, after an grueling 2 hours 30 minutes transfer on a bus with no air conditioning we were greeted at 1.30 in the morning by a smiling porter who carried out luggage to our room in Block A. This hotel has 3 blocks block c is actually a few hundred yards from the main hotel God help you if you end up in there as you would have to walk down a few times a day for your meals. The room was ok to be fair apart from a broken shower head that took 5 days of asking to be fixed, Oh and the smell of drains coming from the shower itself. So we went down for breakfast on day one, I personally didnt like the salami style sausages but the eggs were ok and so where the pancakes. ( This is a Russian hotel 99.9 % of the guests are Russian the signs are in Russian the staff speak Russian the music at the pool is Russian and the 20 or so stray cats that roam the dining area are probably Russian as well) We tried to grab a coffee but there are approx 30 cups for 200 plus guest and most of them are chipped and you will be lucky to find one of the three coffee machines with any Milk in them. We ended up buying our own cups and had to cart them round the hotel with us all day. All the staff were lovely apart from the Smidget who ran the restaurant staff Chicken or Offal every single day with rice or pasta, no snacks pool shuts at 5.30 and you get moved entertainment none existent a piss poor hotel NEVER NEVER AGAIN lovely place Alanya but not here

I am usually not critical at all and don't really mind shabby things but his hotel is not what it's selling to be. It's really run down, the food is the same everyday for lunch and dinner that's limited on when you can eat and its cold and flies are often seen around then. Hot water is shut after 8pm (what's that about!) and not very clean. I had a good holiday because we went to other places and didn't stay much in the hotel but some people had a really bad time.

Well what can i say? It was the WORST hotel i have EVER had the misfortune of staying in! The staff are rude DO NOT like the English, if you are russian or german you are fine, they cater more for them, they even speak the language, hardly any of the staff speak ANY English whatsoever, it advertises Cocktails in the all-inclusive but the barman refuse point blank to make them! Only 2 of the barman were friendly had good customer service and would make me a cocktail, Hassein is great he is a great barman and very friendly and Casper from the animation team gets involved with people and is very friendly Seb is also ok, the food is inedible, absolutely disgusting and repeatitive, we ate out most days it really is that bad! They do not supply milk so you cant have a cup of tea! The man on reception tried to con 80 euro out of me when wep first booked in, said it was for a better room but we had already paid for a room with a sea view, what a cheek! He was vile and is in the wrong job he tried to charge me AGAIN for wi-fi when we had already paid it and when i tried to explain we had paid he started shouting at me saying you are not in England now you are in the republic of Turkey and you will pay or i will get the police! So we had to pay again, most of staff are very rude, horrible in fact! Politeness is few and far between, the food is the worst i have ever ate in my life, my son has not stopped being sick since he came home yesterday, please take the reviews seriously and DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It is a 2* if that and we could not wait to get home.

First of all I will start with the good. Hotel was very clean and rooms had good air con. Cleaners did the rooms daily which is a plus. Now for the bad.....food was no good really it is focussed towards Russian and German guests. We were the only English in the hotel, Russians especially were very rude. Rooms need upgrading as toilet didn't flush properly, shower door was hanging off, no hot water on a morning, TV was a Russian channels, balcony door did not shut. If you get a room looking out at the beach you will not get any sleep due to the road noise from the dual carriage was running past the pub. Dont expect to get anywhere near drunk as the lager is 2% abv and all drinks are served in a small tumbler. Only options for drink is lager, white and red wine and soft drinks. There is no option to purchase normal drinks as they dont stock any. All ice cream and snacks have to be paid for. Dont expect to get a sun lounger as Russians have towels out all week and dont even use them. Staff were nice on a positive. There is no entertainment really. Would not go back to this area in Turkey again. Many other travellers on the way back had similar experiences in different hotels. I have attached the all inclusive leaflet that they gave on arrival.
