This was our second stay at Tara, last year at the cottage and this year in the B&B of the main house. As anticipated, everything was fabulous. Beautiful home, beautiful people, beautiful surroudings all maintained to the highest level. Swimming pool to die for. We were looked after so well by Francesca, she is such a natural, warm and kind host and we were made to feel most welcome by her, David and their three gorgeous children. Amelia is a small but lovely village and it is also a great spot for trips to Orvietto, The Waterfall, Spoleto... so much to see and do and only an hour from Rome too. Thank you, we wish you continued success!. Grazie Mille,

I would highly recommend staying here! We stayed at Tara for 2 nights on our honeymoon and loved it. Tara is set in beautiful surroundings with an amazing pool and yummy cake served every morning. They are also able to arrange a cookery lesson at a local farm/restaurant. We learnt some local recipes, went truffle hunting, then sat down to an 11 course tasting meal...an unforgettable experience.

For the 3th time we staid at Tara and again it was great. We staid wit our 2 kids in the cottage and again it looked like it was brand new. Great job David and Francesca! The view is breathtaking and the facilities on the premises are great and well maintained. It"s a must drill for anyone who loves a quit, relax and luxury atmosphere. Thank you for the nice holiday David, Francesca. Greatings from the kids to Leonardo, Letizia and Laurenzo and we will see you again next year.

I spent a few days in this fantastic B&B with my partner, and we really enjoyed the place and the people, Francesca, Davide and their children. Tara is just 5-10 minutes drive from Amelia so that you can easily go to town and visit its fantastic city centre (museum, Roman cisterns etc) but at the same time relax in the lovely rooms and amazing garden of the B&B. The swimming pool is especially nice, there's a great panorama you enjoy while swimming! Breakfast is rich and tasty, and we also had some food served for lunch which was nicely served under the portico and very, very good. Fantastic break!

Having a taste of their delicious olive oil we brought with us from holiday there, it reminds me that I still need to write a review of this lovely place. We stayed there in August this summer with our 2 kids and it could not be more perfect. The cottage, separated from the main house, is ideal as a family accomodation with enough space and everything you need. Francesca and David were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to create a little paradise for us and help us find local specialties like truffle, good wine and of course their own olive oil (buy it when you're there, it's wonderful!!!). The breakfast is incredibly tasty, with home made cakes changing evry day and a big variety of yoghurt, cereals, fruit,...AS for the surroundings, Umbria has a lot to

It was a great pleasure to stay with Francesca and Davide! Tara is in the middle of nature and away from the city and it's still possible to get there with public transportation. Davide was so kind to pick us up at the Amelia bus station. We got there just after dark, but still we could feel the charm and the beauty of the place. The room was quite big, very clean and tastefully decorated. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast with home-made cakes, jam, olive oil and other wonderful food. We were very sad to leave Tara.

Last year we had a perfect, relaxed holiday at David and Francesca. So this year we wanted to go back again. We slept in the cottage and it was more than perfect again. The cottage has two nice bedrooms and a small kitchen. Francesca and David have a good eye for details. It was super clean and it looked like everything was new. Our kids loved the swimmingpool and playing with the 3 lovely kids (L, L and L). We will definately come back next year.

The hosts of this lovely agriturismo were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our really enjoyable stay here. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with impeccable attention to detail - even having articles written about it in Italian 'Country Life' style magazines. The 'Lavender Room' that we stayed in was large with lovely views over the farmland and the pool, and the air conditioning was welcome, as was the comfortable bed. There was a large variety of teas available in the room (though no coffee). The typical Italian 'dolce' breakfast was all homemade and delicious, and the recommendations that the hosts gave us for dinner were spot-on. We didn't try out the pool, although it looked really well managed and clean, partly because you have to pay
