Gypsophila Club Marine garners mixed feedback from its guests. The hotel's scenic seaside location with mountain vistas is often lauded, though the sense of isolation may not suit everyone. While the rooms and hotel grounds are generally considered clean and well-kept, some visitors express concerns over room maintenance and cleanliness inconsistency.
The array of amenities including pools and entertainment options receive compliments, yet there's a call for enhancements. The service is mostly commended for its cordial staff, although occasional service lapses are noted. Opinions on value and atmosphere are split, with some guests citing unexpected costs and a need for musical variety.

Detailed Reviews
I went on a holiday with my friends and everything was amazing! The food, ambiance the service, -everything was great and we were really satisfied. The fact that the hotel is intertwined with nature is great because we felt very relaxed. The staff was very polite and made sure everything went well.
The rooms were very clean, -which I think is very important- and also, the beds were comfortable. Waking up with the sound of birds humming was very nice because we can’t experience that in the city.
The location is amazing because it’s has its own beach so you don’t have to drive around looking for overpriced beaches, instead you just walk and enjoy.
The restaurant was very nice, the tables were prepared very properly and the food was delicious. I truly recommend the Tiramisu, I give it 10/10.
Overall, staying in this hotel was a great experience and I plan to revisit as soon as possible. If you’re interested you can definitely book a room!

The concept of the hotel is great, it has little houses with cosy, clean rooms and it is in a beautiful and relaxing environment. Pools are big and clean and the beach is right next to them. Toilets are all being cleaned and restocked with paper and soap all the time. Hotel stuff doesn't speak english well, but they always make sure you get what you need. Food and drinks available are great and even more than you need.
Hotel has a great animation team which made our vacation the best one ever. I have to mention Kadir who was so funny and friendly, Mohamed who is ready to make a fool of himself to get people to laugh and Noussa who just lights up your day with her possitive energy and you get really good exercise while performing the activities they encourage you to do with them.
The head of the animation team, Zizoo, is like the superstar of the hotel. He is trying really hard all day to make sure you have the best vacation and encourages his whole team to do their best too. He is awesome, funny, friendly, goofy, but in the same time really responsible and caring.
The only thing that bothered me was the manager of the animation (I don't know his name). He was leading some of the shows and he made it a bit boring because he talked too much in like 5 languages at the same time. He was also really rude to the animators acting like they were his slaves and not a part of the same team.

We had a luck to go there during the pandemic. Not many tourists till almost the end of our stay (the one that came from Ukraine who were just rude to staff so sad to say but if you read any reviews saying there is some poo in the kids pool yeap that were them ).
Amazing stuff. They made our stay such a pleasure. Tip them whenever you can and you can be sure there will always be a table for you with fresh beer or wine waiting at the table. Or not tip them and be rude and stay at the end of the line. great food. everyone could find something. Too many desserts! I just could not help it they were soo good.
Great family rooms with separate bedrooms! that was one of the reasons we had chosen than hotel. we had separate rooms witb the kids with bathroom accessible from hallway.
Easy access by bus to Antalia and other tourist attractions (you don't really need to spend a lot to taxis unless you need air con then taxi drivers are just outside the hotel).
I can imagine it's probably busy with 100% guests there but staff is doing their best which is not easy with so many rude tourists coming that think they can show with a finger and say: "give" (not in English by the way)

The nature, the sea are being. No credit to the staff. They simply do not care enough.
It is incredibly annoying that you are not able find an empty spot at the beach after 8am. As an option to remedy this, the hotel offers private bungalows for a certain charge, where they promise you some space and privacy. We took the $60 bungalow facing the private entrance to the water. Unfortunately, other guests are not aware it is private, and no security offered to help. Basically, we paid for being cursed at by other guests. To make it even more annoying those bungalows were taken for free, because no supervision around. We have tried to find anyone to help, guest relations only offered a possibility of a la carte restaurant reservation as a compensation for the inconvenience (which is free as is, btw).
Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, barely ever we got drinking water in the room, the staff at the bar was occasionally dismissive.
I had such high hopes for the place, and it turned out so disappointing.

To begin with the hotel is around 20+miles away from all the main attractions as a result taxi prices are sky high in this area.
Now for the Hotel itself we were told to use the phone and call reception if we needed anything, both phones in the room were not working. I asked for an Iron and was told they do not offer this service. Alternatively I could pay for laundry service.
The staff at reception were rude and very blunt , the people staying at the hotel were mostly Russians who looked at us like we were Aliens, most of the hotel staff did not speak English.
On a night or should I say every night till about 3am they had loud music on And with a two year old that’s pretty ridiculous.
The food was very bland and the watermelon had finished on Many occasions. The restaurant staff would clear up our table way too soon (whilst we were still eating )
The beach was overcrowded , and the rooms are quite a walk from the reception.
Overall Not a good hotel in my opinion Especially for families.

Dear 'Suhail K', First of all we would like to thank you for your review and sharing your experience. According to it, as we understand most of negative impressions were caused by the hotel concept, that normally people learn before choosing the hotel for the vacation. According to it and the information on the website including TripAdvisor, we are not providing the iron to the room, the hotel by itself has bungalow structure and the location of it is far from the city and shopping area. We are also sorry that your have faced such a small technical problems as a broken phone , which you could tell us on time so we would be able to remove that problem in a few minutes. İt was also a surprise to hear that you had problem with another guests and the noise. We are sorry again that you didnt share with us on time, as we could also send a security and make your stay more comfortable. We would like to remind that our hotel has an international audience and regardless our guests nationality, we always strive to provide our guests the best service. Guests satisfaction is our Top priority so you can be sure that your feedback will be shared accordingly with the managment team. Best Regards,

At most 3 stars, in the lobby you had to wait 3 hours to get a room card, because when the room was cleaned, it was not clean, nobody cleaned it, only the bed was made, I asked for a crib for the child, they promised to bring it a couple of hours before the end of the holiday, but they didn't bring it, they said let him sleep on the armchair 1.5 m child, the shower head sprayed water all over the ends, so I had to deal with it myself, because my colleagues' entire bath was flooded, they lived under water for the last 3 days, they were informed, but no one fixed it, maybe only 5% of the staff speak English, the food is the same every day, breakfast, lunch the dinner is identical, the mini bar in the room is only filled once upon arrival, you have to pay extra, you have to ask for shower shampoo, gel bottles and they only bring them once, the pools are only fun, the slides, beaches, children's corner in the dining room with TV was surprising. Shows are a matter of taste. If you're a Turk, you'll be served without queuing everywhere. It's difficult to get to your room at night for the first three days because the tracks are very confusing, then you walk at dark. Ducks, roosters with hens, partridges, about 5= cats, cats everywhere in the canteen and etc., a flock of seagulls, the territory is very large, so prepare to walk because the canteen is by the sea and you will be accommodated near the lobby. (Main building). The main language (but not everyone speaks it) and what is expected is Russian. a small part of Poles, Lithuanians and other nationalities. Don't be surprised if at 7 a.m. they start cutting the grass next to your window. When traveling by bus back and forth, don't be surprised if the air conditioner is not turned on. You'll have to sweat. Resume 3 stars, Max and that's with +. Is it worth the money paid NO. 2 person family with two children.

Dear Joe! First of all, on behalf of the management, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your time with us! For us, the opinion of each Guest is very important, whether it be criticism or praise, so that we can maintain the level of services provided and strive for development. Thank you for sharing the benefits of our hotel! If you allow, we would like to comment on your review: Our hotel has a daily cleaning system, which includes dry and wet cleaning of the floor, all surfaces, replacement of towels, soap and shampoo dispensers. The concept of our hotel does not include plastic jars with bath products; we provide these products in despensors. This is due to the hotel's Sustainable Tourism Certificate, which is against the use of plastic and non-recyclable materials. If you haven't had cleaning for several days, then this may only be due to the fact that you had a "do not disturb" card on your door. In this case, the staff is prohibited from entering the room. Every request of guests during their stay, as well as every comment, is fulfilled instantly if guests report them to the reception or to the guest relations department. If you encountered some inconvenience in your room, we are very sorry that you did not inform us about this during your stay. The mini bar is replenished with soft drinks and water upon arrival; during the stay the mini bar is replenished only with water. This is spelled out in the hotel concept. In the main restaurant we offer over 200 different dishes for every meal. The menu is updated daily and is not repeated. Numerous salads, snacks, meat, poultry, as well as fruits and desserts in unlimited quantities daily. About 30 types of pastries for breakfast, as well as a dessert bar throughout the day and Turkish flatbreads. There is also a snack bar in which we offer about 30 full-course meals to choose from throughout the day. We would like to say once again that we immediately fulfill any request of our guests, this also applies to requests for accommodation. If guests want to stay closer to the sea, then we will always fulfill these wishes as soon as possible. In conclusion, we would like to say that we treat every guest, regardless of nationality, race, age, with care and attention. All staff who work directly with guests speak several languages, including English. Best regards, Gypsophila Club Marine Guest Relations Manager Radchenko Ksenia

I'm basing this review on value for money we got a good last minute deal and did enjoy our holiday. Having said that I would say this is not 5 star hotel compared to UK standards and needs a few tweaks to get to 5 star. The hotel grounds are lovely lush vegetation tall trees shaded areas clean well maintained. Great for kids to explore. The pool areas also very pritty clean plenty sun beds in Nov and various places to sunbathe. The temp was fab approx 23 degrees during the day but when that sun goes down it's really chilly so bring some warm clothes. The mountain backdrop is stunning. The staff work hard to keep the place clean they seem to focus on their work rather than mixing with holiday makers which suited us fine there was a bit of a language barrier but we managed. The rooms were cleaned everyday clean towels and water topped up, The other guests were mix of nationalities not many brits from what I could see. The room was perfectly acceptable bed was very hard but we got used to it the shower is excellent it was like a pressure washer. The UK T V channels were none existent the hotel should consider giving guests the option of using their Netflix accounts it would make a big difference so I suggest you bring a book or a tablet. The location isn't the best nothing outside hotel it's a bit run down outside and you have to get a bus or taxi if you want change of scenery. We did 2 trips jeep safari into the mountains which was great I'm so pleased we did this but u need to be mobile and don't expect a luxury jeep and take a jacket as its breezy. We also did a boat trip which was also good. I'd suggest you try the trip to antalya or get the bus there to get more of a feel for the place I regretted not doing this. The sea and scenery is beautiful the beach wasn't the best bit tatty but there are sunbathing decks which were great. The drinks are strong served in plastic glasses around the pool obviously but decent size the desert bar serves drinks in glasses. The big let down here is the food it's not the best caters for east Europeans it's mostly unappetizing stews salad Turkish pastries too sweet the food is not 5 star quality and not hot unless you see it come off the grill we struggled with the food and lost weight rather than gained. The last niggle is the volume of the evening music it's ridiculous and on too late considering the guests appeared to be families couples or older people To make this hotel better I suggest more TV options serve hot food, better mattresses and there needs to be a Turkish menu available at all times with fresh flat breads fresh kebabs and pizza available all day it would make such a difference having said that we did have a lovely holiday and hope management consider these suggestion if they want to appeal to brits.

We vacationed with my sister from October 3 to October 13, 2023.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am, a pleasant smiling girl Sabina greeted us at the reception and immediately sent us to brunch. I was pleasantly surprised that even at this time all the steam tables were full, they continued to fry omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc., I I have been vacationing in Turkey for many years, I have visited a large number of hotels, but I have never seen such variety at brunch...
Almost immediately after breakfast we were accommodated, all our wishes were taken into account, for which many thanks to Sabina.
The area is beautiful, clean, well-groomed, very green. There are a lot of cats that are found almost everywhere and enter the rooms located on the ground floor, this is almost the only drawback that I noticed.
The staff is friendly, from the reception to the maid. The rooms were cleaned daily, but as in all hotels it was limited to changing towels, and the bed sheets were changed every 3 days. Sometimes they forgot to change toiletries and refill as needed, but a call to reception solved this problem within 5 minutes.
We stayed in room 4202 (MELISSA), a wonderful location for those who love silence.
The food at the hotel was varied, deliciously prepared, there was no seafood, but there was a choice of meat dishes and fish every day.
The beach is large enough, we didn’t have to borrow sun loungers in the morning, there were always free places, the locations for relaxation were very well thought out, sun loungers on the grass and near the pool, and on the pier, thanks to this there were no crowds of people anywhere and there were free places everywhere, although the hotel was 100% full.
Overall, I really liked the hotel, one of the few in which I vacationed, and I want to return to it next year, I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Stay: September 2023.
Composition: father, mother, son 7 years old, daughter 5 years old.
Overall impression: good, but there is room for improvement.
More details below:
The hotel consists of small two and three storey buildings.
Some rooms need renovation.
The air conditioners in some rooms are hung in such a way that they blow into your head and you can’t move the beds anywhere, and when you turn it off it becomes very stuffy and hot. In other rooms they blow parallel to the bed, this is good, it does not interfere with sleep and does not blow air.
At first we came across the first option, but after a night without sleep, we asked to change our room and they replaced it without any problems.
We had a two-room suite, one bathroom, a balcony, mosquito nets on the windows and balcony door, a refrigerator (filled once upon arrival), a kettle, TV, slippers, and bathrobes upon request.
Cleaning depends on the staff, one woman didn’t clean at all, then another one came in and she did a great job cleaning.
The restaurant is not very big,
There are problems with the dishes, they are apparently placed very tightly in the dishwasher and they are not washed.
The food is different, sometimes it’s very tasty, sometimes it’s just so-so.
The ice cream is not tasty.
Alcohol is local and imported. Imported alcohol from 9 am to 9 pm at the very end of the hotel at the reception. And from 9 pm to 9 am at the end of the beach in the beach bar.
It’s not very convenient, because during the day everything is on the beach, and it’s a bit far to go to the reception for imports.
Three types of imported whiskey, two types of whiskey and vodka. I don't remember the names.
The beach on the left is rocky, there are mostly people without children. The right side of the beach is for children, there are small pebbles and sand and there is a good entrance.
There were small fish in the water that bit sensitively as soon as you stopped swimming and stood motionless. Perhaps it was just a certain period of their life when they were so aggressive.
Miniclub
The children liked it, they were well entertained, either modeling, baking, drawing, games and so on.
In the evening, certificates are presented to the winners of the day's games at the mini-disco. For an additional fee, children can draw a T-shirt once and it will be awarded to them in the evening as winners. In my opinion, it’s a little strange to compare a T-shirt paid for by your parents with your own childhood victories. Both certificates and T-shirts are presented to the same song “we are champions.”
We didn’t attend adult entertainment, but we saw darts, volleyball, foam parties, water sports, etc.
A water park of three slides, lifeguards clearly control the movement of the skaters both above and below. Well done!
Outside the hotel there are markets and pharmacies within walking distance.

+1
The hotel is beautifully located, on one side the Mediterranean Sea (the beach is very close to the hotel), and on the other the Taurus Mountains, which is very impressive! It's very green and pleasant.☀️
I don't spend much time in the room when on vacation, so its cleanliness was satisfactory for me. There was never anything missing, towels and toilet paper were replaced and replenished regularly.
The food is delicious, something different every day.
There is one free a la carte dinner for the entire stay (my friend and I chose the Italian one - the food was delicious and the service was at a high level).
When it comes to attractions, I have to thank Kiko and all the animators who make sure I don't get bored and take part in numerous fun activities.
In the evenings, there are different themed parties every day, followed by time for dancing! 😍
Oktay Yuca and the entire bar team were the best! They made beautiful and delicious drinks, were very nice and funny and ensured a good atmosphere. 😍
There was no problem with communication, because everything could be done in English in the hotel.
This is my fifth time in Turkey and I can definitely say that I like this hotel the most!
The only thing I can complain about is that I only went for a week! Next time I will definitely stay longer. 😍
