Dirty nasty hotel don’t stay here

Well I must say never ever again I’ve never been to a hotel so bad and dirty in all my life I would never pay to stay here if I new it was like this before I come here the pics are nothing to real life I would rather stay on the street !!!!! And with 5 children so so bad I’ve been bitten terrible and bugs in all the beds really really bad

worst hotel going!!!

this is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! Do not waste your money.I paid 4 grad for a all inclusive holiday and it was the worst 4 grand I’ve ever spent.we got to the hotel and the person in the front desk didn’t even talk English.the rooms are disgusting,there is no cleaner,I had to go the the local supermarket and buy my own cleaning products me and my daughter was on our hands and knees scrubbing the floors and everything in side the apartment.I tried to plug my charger in and I got electrocuted I’ve had to leave my charger in the hotel room.the bed is covered in flys and the floors.we had to change bedrooms 3 times!!! No one here speaks English.I’ve got bites everywhere and I now think I need to be hospitalised because it looks infected.the stairs leading up to the bedrooms are dangerous and my daughter can’t even walk down them.the food is disgusting,it’s the same means everyday.not even a bit of fruits of cereal to feed my 5 children.I’ve had to spend all my spending money eating in any food places i could find.you have to pay for the ice cream and the wifi.enless ur a dirty russian or german then this hotel if for you (they are very very greedy).the drinks are warm.it don’t look anything like the photos.please don’t book this hotel.the shower is dirty,there is shards of glass everywhere,there was no bed just a mattress on the floor,the wallpaper was ripped of the wall,the selling in the bathroom was falling down,the bin was disgusting,there was bugs all in the sink,doors didn’t lock on the bathroom and the door to the room.please don’t book this hotel i hope this helps.…

Belpoint Beach Hotel

Restaurant head chef İbrahim is 1st class. Precise in his work making his workers deliver a top class service. Making sure his guests are very well looked after. The food was excellent no complaints at all. Totally satisfied with food and drink. Belpoint beach hotel is a friendly family holiday destination which we cannot fault, reception is helpful and welcoming, staff are delivering an excellent service. We definitely recommend this place for your holiday.

The worst hotel in my life! Самый худший отель помойка!

This is the worst hotel in my life. It’s horrible a place. This is a trash. If you don’t want spoil your impression of Turkey forever don’t take this hotel. There is dirt everywhere and everything is broken. The staff does not respond to requests and was rude when we demanded money back for the hotel. On the territory of the restaurant there are no air conditioners and a gift plus 40 degrees. Flies are sitting on food everywhere. Dirty and broken dishes. Complete unsanitary conditions. I've never seen such a terrible hotel. Many visitors swore and asked for a refund money. Худший отель в моей жизни. Все грязно и разбито. В ресторане мухи и жара +40. Еда отвратительная вся с жиром. Ребенок увидел один раз ресторан и больше туда не пошел. Мы там ничего не ели, пока не переехали. Полная антисанитария. Разбитая кофемашина. Постельное белье с пятнами. Не было горячей воды. Персонал не реагировал на просьбы вообще. Когда съезжали они нахамили нам. Нужно было вызывать полицию туризма, чтобы этот отель закрыли, потому что без кишечной палочки оттуда не уехать! Будьте осторожны! Фото на сайте не совпадает с реальностью, все обман! Переехали в другой отель за небольшую доплату, в Belpoint и это был европейский уровень всего! Не терпите никогда помойку и добивайтесь своих прав!…

Terrible

Terrible experience at all. We will never visit again. Especially not recommended for families with small children. Very dirty, staff disinterested, food abysmal. The air conditioner does not work. No free internet.

Absolutely disgusting, rude and no way all inclusive

If your thinking of booking this hotel then I would advise not too .its the worst all inclusive I have ever been too.my self and family members were the only English people and none of the staff spoke any..all staff were very rude. Room was terrible badly run down, 1 toilet roll between 5 ..an old bed outside room all week and other people fridges..ours also that didn't work...as for the food if you like a fly with every mouthful but not us , I've never seen so many in 1 room dead and alive absolutely disgusting my children refused to eat until last day as they did chips ...also if you won't a drink due to 1 pump in the restaurant you had to queue and only worked at times..the main man would only serve when he felt like it and 2 who he wanted to , what a idiot..I can go on and on but honestly this hotel shouldn't be up for paying people to attend for family holiday unless your a dirty Russian or German who also were the greedyesed people I've ever seen ..ice cream you have to pay for also WiFi and drinks after 10am …

It as got to be the worst holiday we have ever had, all inclusive???,its more like a glorified full board. Food was just about edible, my children only hate on last day as there was chips, beer wines and soft drinks only that’s when the pumps were working properly. If you like flies on your food, rude staff, a fridge that don’t work this is the place for you. Good luck if your English too as they don’t speak our language. I really feel like I’ve been robbed. Thanks

I don’t think this was the right hotel for us, definitely wouldn't go back here.

The restaurant was dirty, flies were everywhere - flying around, on the floor, on food and even dead on the place mats. However throughout our stay this gradually did get better which we think is because after our first day there, when it was that bad, the main boss arrived and everything seemed to be put back in line. The fridge was not working in our room, we had one toilet roll between us 5, and Ac packed up on us on the first day - but they did fix that no problem. The pool bar was only open when the restaurant wasnt, which the restaurant was open in time slots and that was the only times u could get food unless you brought an ice cream, Even though it is meant to be all inclusive? At the pool bar they only did one choice of beer, white wine, red wine, pepsi, fanta or sprite. This all shut at 10.00 though and after that you had to buy your own drinks. Pool and slides were great fun and the children really enjoyed those but the slides were only open 2 times a day for about an hour in the morning and a couple hours in the afternoon. The hotel was a 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of supermarkets which was handy. As a family from England we really do not think this hotel caters for the english much at all, we were the only english family there until the last two days a couple arrived and another family who both said the same things as us. Everyone was from Russia, Germany and of course Turkey. None of the people there we friendly everyone was impatient, ignorant and greedy even some of the staff. Only a few members of staff that were really helpful and nice. …

Terrible hotel

Disgusting, dirty, flies all over food. You have to pay for wifi and ice cream. No spirits to drink just half plastic cups of wine, they even ran out of Pepsi, coffee machine didn’t work. No cutlery in resultant, no room cleaning, no toilet roll, no clean towels. No one speaks English not even the staff, they are all rude and unfriendly. Avoid this hotel!!
