The hotel is a 40 minute ride from the airport. The mountains are gorgeous. The best block to live in is Block A1, other block seem to be not very comfortable, though all rooms are presented as standard. They are not. Try to get the room in Block A1, 5th floor, with a pool view (sure, you know what to do at the reception upon arrival :). Otherwise you would view the road, the wall or the crowds. I think it would be better for the hotel to offer different blocks with different prices. We lived in 1541 and it was a very good choice (if not the best) out of all standard rooms. The room cleaning is awful, I never met such a 'cleaning attitude' before and it doesn't depend on how many dollars you would leave: the floor will never be washed, the towel set will never be complete and the toiletries will never be added. It is a little bit annoying - to call the reception each time you are not duly serfviced. The outside sound proofing would be considered excellent, if not a sqeezing from the outer unit of an air conditioner and an irritating noise from the vibrating shelf inside. The great news is that all loud music acrivities are taken away from the hotel across the road (an underground passage), where the beach zone, the pool and the main restaurant are situated. A nice option for those who want to go asleep at 9 p.m. The cuisine is excellent: especially I enjoyed stewed kidneys, hearts, liver, stomach, tongue, grilled fish and turkey, boiled lobsters, spiced octopus, kebabs. Very good offer of various fruit. The stuff is friendly. The catering zone is planned to the best: though there are crowds of people here, there are no queues or narrow places. The beach zone is a bit surprising: all sunbeds are placed side by side under the single huge sunshade and it makes the sun orientation hard due to the presence of the neighbours' sunbeds. If you want to take a good sunbed in the first or second row - take care to get up at 6 a.m. We used to sunbathe in the second row, beacuse it gave the chance to move ahead or back a sunbed from the shade to the sun (and vice versa). Be careful: the sun is rather aggressive. The sea is clean and warm, there are some fishes (sometimes they are biting slighly your legs :) but don't worry - it is more unexpected, than painful. You can see the fishes well up from the pier in the morning. The sea bottom is stone covered, take the special shoes with you. Near the pier the bottom has a sand zone with few stones, enjoy it here, if you don't swim well. The animation team seems to be active, but we didn't participate much (except beach volley ball). If you depart at night, I doubt you should order a breakfast pack (a lunch box) from the hotel: it is very poor, and no water or juice is included - just a piece of bread, some slices of vegetables, a slice of ham and cheese, a jam - and no fork or spoon included! We gave back the boxes to the reception. In general, it is a nice average place with some good options. But if you love a comfort and prefer a high quality of service - better go to UTOPIA in Alanya.

Hotel was very nice, the rooms (we were in block A1) were beautiful and in great location. The food was delicious. From 7 AM to 12 PM you were able to eat: breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner, night soup. The atmosphere was so lovely - there were different spots you could take place in - beach, terrace, garden. You could borrow matresses or big pillows to sit on. The staff was friendly and the staying was great. Ideal for families, because lots of activities for children.

The first thing was they booked us (me, my husband and my two kids ages 6 and 8) in a room what was to small for additional bed... they solve it soon by giving us a bit bigger room but two floors lover from our friends. Second thing was the ALL IN, it means something is in but not ALL for kids, example ice cream was 1$ and it depended who was giving it how big scoop you got, nonsense!?!? Also Amusement Park was next to playground but 1$ for one attraction (as i have 2 kids and there were 4 attraction it cost me for one evening 8$ plus ice cream, so not very happy about that). Also there was no bar in hotel pool area...??? like why? And Tez Tour was organizing transfer to airport early morning so we found out if you ask breakfast to go with you it dose not have much in it, not even a drink or a knife to put butter on the bread. (there was one slice of tomato, one slice on cucumber one slice of cheese one slice of ham, butter (what you can spread with fingers) soft cheese (only thing my kids liked 7 am in a morning) and jam, i was not able to get this jam from it tub as it was so stiff). I just know that next time i go to Turkey, definitely not to this hotel....

I came this hotel this week but i realized the staff of the hotel are very rude. I had experience a problem about air condition and i told the receptionist three times but they did not solve the problem exactly. The staffs speak neither Turkish nor English. They are speaking the strange mixture of them or Russian. The money - the performance rate is very low to me. I could go any hotel around this city or others with this money without any problem. I wish I couldnt come here.

First at all it was forbidden to take any food or drinks on the beach. It was always difficult to find a place on the beach or near the pool. We had to stay 3 or 4 days next to the pool as it was no place on the beach. We had no television the whole week, just to listen some music or news for while. Although we complained twice, the problem was not resolved. The staff doesn't speak English, German and Turkish at all! We was also forbidden just to take a coffee in the room in the morning. We also had a problem we the room card. We had to try 10 times in order to open the room. The card was not changed. Animation was only in Russian and unfortunately I don't speak Russian.
