an amazing place to spend ur vocation. it's far away from the centre of the city, almost isolated, to help u clear ur mind. I enjoyed every second of that trip 😍😍😍. specially the sight of sunrise on the sea. that was majestic !!! 😍

Evidently, the issue of guests being stranded in open water on the resort's boat is a recurring theme; there's little comic value when these incidents occur further offshore. The main issue? Management does not plan ahead to avoid bad situations, and staff are [very] slow-going in finding solutions without guidance. The main result? Guests ultimately bear the time-and-money costs of...

We were happy to find that tranquil spot outside of port Sudan. Had good camping in our overland truck. Staff was friendly and helpful. Went diving twice , reef and wreck, was fantastic! Still has lots of potential, managing family is ambitious.

Red Sea Resort is a great isolated place with a big potential to be the number one in Sudan for diving. Unfortunately nobody is taking care of the dive center and diving equipment, neither the boat which should take you to diving spots. Our diving: planned 3 days, dived only 2 becuase the boat didnt work (and they have only...

We were met with smiles and friendly family talk by the lady on arrival which all bode well. Unfortunately the way overpriced 150$ a night on suit room had rat droppings on the floor and bed, stank of urine, had a toilet that could not flush and a bathroom fan that did not work. The second room we tried had...

The type of place you got to because your only other rooting is a hotel in Port Sudan and they know it!! Dive center is very happy go lucky which resulted in a detracted diving experience. Would be great if a toilet wasn't on the flats in front of the campsite destroying the sea view

Although the location leaves much to be desired (it is a long isolated drive from Port Sudan to the resort), the resort proved to be a pleasant surprise! I went with my Dad and Grandma for a break from Khartoum. Although it was quite hectic to drive all the way there, it's a good way to spend some family time....

This was my second visit after its opening around 2004. I can safely say that it is an excellent place to hold seminars, workshops, business meetings, etc. You can always rely on their delicious meals and quality service in a relaxing atmosphere. This was actually the purpose of our visit to Port Sudan. The resort itself is very simple and...

Red Sea Sudan resort is located about 30 km north of Port Sudan, there is no public transport there but it's possible to organize a taxi with the resort. Hassan, who is currently running the resort, speaks excellent english and can organize everything. This resort is a must stop for divers and snorkellers since there is no other option (outside...
