We stayed at San Fabiano on April 2009. It was our honeymoon so the magnificent landscape and romance of San-Fabiano were a perfect setting for our wonderful Italy stay. The farm is situated in the heart of the Monteroni d'Arabi valley, by far the best scenic view in Tuscany- so peaceful and calm with its pleasant hills and villages. San... More

We have visited San Fabiano twice. The first time was in July of 2004. This past September our daughter celebrated her wedding in San Fabiano. (This was decided because she saw all of our pictures from our first trip). I've been meaning to write ever since then and now that the travel season is upon us, I figured I'd better... More

Filippo Fiorentini was a wonderful host. He personally called restaurants for us to arrange last-minute late night reservations, got an easter-weekend booking for horse riding the day before, and was very helpful for viewing suggestions. His farmhouse offers a few things to do around the property, we would highly suggest taking the morning walk with Filippo around the beautiful farmhouses... More

What a great vacation! Now that the new vacation season is coming, it's time to post my comments for future travelers. We stayed eight days at San Fabiano last October. We expected some kind of hospitality and Tuscan charm, but the reality exceeded all the expectations. Imagine an old 17th century house, completely renovated inside. Beautiful grounds, a garden, fig... More

We had an excellent experience. We found San Fabiano through TripAdvisor and all of the reviews were very positive. If you are looking for an impersonal, large hotel type complex with every possible amenity, San Fabiano is not for you. If you are looking for a place where you will be made to feel at home, where you feel as... More

We decided to spend a week in Tuscany and trawled the Net to find a base from which we would move around. We found San Fabiano and we couldnt ask for anything more. It was a lovely place, with lovely owners and enough privacy to make u feel like ure in ur own little world. The location was great and... More

THe house is fantastic- the location is superb, and it is the perfect home... More

Five of us, from age 14 to 70, stayed at San Fabiano for 3 days in April. Our stay was one of the highlights of our trip. Filippo was very generous with his time and knowledge. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Our stay was definitely comfortable and relaxing. It was a nice break from our urban lodgings. The location... More

We spent in San Fabiano 1 week and it exceeded our expectations. Great location (next to Siena) and easy access (even by bicycle) to a grossery store , restaurant , farmacy etc. The hospitality given by Fillipo and Rachel (the land owners) is great. They are always eager to assist with any problem and never stop smiling. The room is... More
