We stayed here five nights in July 2019. It's about a 30 minute taxi drive from the port. The best thing about this place is the location--it's a 100 meter walk across a beautiful, uncrowded beach to get to the crystal blue sea. It is a quiet, family place. We were here three nights without a car and had no problems filling our days lounging on the beach and taking forever eating our meals on the veranda of the restaurant; however, if you want nightlife or city amenities you should rent a car or stay elsewhere. Nikos, the owner, was very helpful and even drove us to a nearby market so we could buy fruit and supplies. He arranged a car rental for us for our last two nights (which was 35 euros a day) and the car was even delivered as part of the price. We used that to tool around Naxos our last two days and get to the airport. The attached taverna was excellent and we ate 6 or 7 meals there. We were able to put all those meals on a tab and pay at the end of our stay. This is a budget-type place and is an excellent value. We had a room with a double bed but it was really just two twins pushed together and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water but the shower space was small. There was a small kitchenette that wasn't overly equipped but truthfully, we never really felt like we needed to cook since the taverna's food was inexpensive and good. Each window and the door to the balcony has good screens to keep out bugs. It was cool enough in the evening that we did not always use AC.

Family run friendly taverna, simple, comfortable and good value. Food served on large covered veranda with views across the beach and sea. Comfortable bedroom with very small but adequate shower room. Quiet location at the end of the road, recommend hire a car.

We stayed six nights here, in a remote part to the south of Naxos Island. It's a half hour drive to the main town. A bus arrives at midday, plus two more in the afternoon and turns round outside the tavern. Our studio was basic, but spotlessly clean. The bed was in good condition. Sheets and towels were changed twice during our stay. Outstanding value for money. We were in Room 2 which had a large balcony with a brilliant view overlooking the beach and out to sea. The room did not have a kettle. We asked for one and a new kettle arrived next day. We ate most evenings in the tavern. Sometimes we were the only diners. Nikos was very attentive and served up good quality fresh local food at good prices. The sea bream was superb. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. On our last night, Nikos presented us with a large bottle of his lovely homemade wine.

The Studios are located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos with the most amazing views. During our 8 days staying there never were more than 15 people (14-22 Sept). You may even have the beach to yourselfs. The rooms are very good and the wi-fi worked perfectly inside the room. Our lovely, large room overlooks the beautiful beach. We eat our late dinners in the restaurant which serves delicious, traditional, fresh Greek food. Espacially grilled squid is fantastic. Nikos and his family offer wonderful hospitality. His father gave us a ride to the airport. This is amazing place, very calm and relaxing. Perfect place for perfect holidays
