The property is a 200 years old Italian house, we enjoyed the old architecture with the modern days comfort. The owner, Patrizzia, was the perfect host, she prepared breakfast for us and talked about a little bit of history of the house and surrounding places.

The landscape is very beautiful. The autumn was pretty cool and the room was not heated. In the summer I think it's a perfect destination. Breakfast is Italian. The owner speaks Italian. The lady who welcomed us is friendly. We had a very good dinner at Il Capriccio.

After driving around lovely Tuscan typical village streets looking for it, we found this gem up a very steep driveway. We let ourselves in and with no one around, we were free to choose our own room. The rooms are quaint. Patricia left her tel number on the door. When we met her the next morning for breakfast, we found she is a lovely italian matriarch as you want to imagine them being in Tuscany. We had a lovely conversation, me speaking entirely in English and she in Italian, the lack of understanding not seeming to bother either of us. She gave us each a big hug on checking out, and made us feel very welcome. Graci Patricia! Very close to the thermal spas. Really nice.
