We had two rooms for family of four. The hotel has skiing in mind first, so proximity to main lifts and all mountain facilities, food and shops is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, have good beds, kitchen area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink and ample dishes. Also very good supply of towels. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was perfect! We went on a super cold weekend in March, so we were unable to fully enjoy the outdoors, but there was no shortage of stuff to do with the health club, outdoor hot tub and plenty of restaurants right there!

Very friendly helpful staff and nice convenient lodging for skiing. Staff couldn't do more. They offered to help with a smile. Valet parking and storage of gear on the day of checkout was very nice. Hot tub was ok tho not as nice as Sunday River's outdoor heating pool. Restaurant was not exceptional but decent and convenient and there were...

Found this filthy item under my sheets after my family and I had already slept in the bed. Yup! Had new sheets brought up and they took my number, but never called to apologize. Paid over $500 to sleep in filth.

Great location with friendly helpful staff and good facilities. Particularly liked the warm outdoor hot tubs after a long day skiing. The in house restauarant is good - excellent for breakfast but there are also other good on mountain places for dinner.

We stayed at the Sugarloaf hotel, which is at the base of the mountain with great rooms (we had a slope side corner room so our view was great). The area received 4' of snow during our 5 day stay so the skiing was fantastic. The hot tub at the end of the day was the icing on the cake!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at Sugar Loaf Mountain Hotel from 10-12 February 2017. We stayed at Sugar Loaf as participants of a marriage retreat. As soon as we got there, we immediately noticed the staff. They were tremendously approachable, informative, and very helpful. The valet parking at the hotel was complimentary. It had snowed the...

We stayed at the SMH for 3 nights in February while skiing at Sugarloaf. We booked a vacation package via the resort website including 3 nights, 3-day lift passes for both adults and breakfast each morning. It was an excellent way to incorporate everything together at a very good price, not necessarily a huge money-saver but an efficient way to...

We recently were at Sugarloaf for business and then spent the next day to ski and enjoy the resort. We dined at the restaurant at the Inn and it was delicious and service was spot on with anything we needed. Skiing was spectacular with snow conditions that made our experience having not skied in several years enjoyable. I highly recommend...

Already a great ski-resort, there is no better place to stay at Sugarloaf. There is no more convenient location, within walking distance of all lifts, restaurants and the little village at the base. Service is impeccable!! One of the friendliest staffs we have encountered. They go out of their way to make your stay count. Rooms and bathrooms were very...
