Not what i expected... Very basic toiletries are not provided at all. No trash can, no hand soap or shampoo. Can not Even make my own tea/coffee without paying. 100php for additional towel for the swimming pool! We need to ask for a blanket, and we got a single one. Lots of mosquitos and ants.. The food is good but... More

If you want simplicity, friendly service, quiet nights and organic food, this is where you should stay. It's not somewhere you go if you want to party or frolic by the beach --- here, you just want to read a nice book while being serenaded by the wind and waves. The rooms amenities are very minimalist but comfortable. It's not... More

Wifi was down when we were at the resort due to the typhoon that recently hit the region. Still, it was a pleasant trip (as usual). Great food, well-maintained rooms, pleasant hotel staff, plus the owner is an excellent host. Always worth the 12 hour drive! (Note: Pic taken at Saud, which is a 15 minute drive from the resort.)

The place is great for just sleeping. The rooms are nice and clean. The bar is great with the afternoon delight promo but the pool needs maintenance. Not much people come here. The food compensates for the nice view that we anticipated but was disappointed because the nasty weather prevented us to even go around. We were hoping to have... More

A nice getaway from the commercially owned Resorts. The feel like family treatment and the elegant taste of the Philippines decorated resort makes you feel like you are in the Philippines but with enough modern entities that you don't left out. The food is very well prepared and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a choice between... More

Went to Pagudpud to check out the surfing scene and Kapuluan is the only place that offers it. Lessons are at 500/hr, the shore and seafloor is rocky with the occasional sharp shell but rides are long! Cocktails afterwards were also great -- try to catch their happy hour before 7 pm to get buy 1 take 1 on drinks,... More

Tucked away around the bend from the beautiful blue Lagoon is this oasis. Awesomely designed, accommodating travelers looking for well priced shared rooms or more luxurious for higher end travelers. With solid environmentally friendly principals established, a good portion of the food is sourced from the onsite garden which you can wander around and explore. Point break for surfers right... KVR is perfectly located for Blue Lagoon, just on the edge away from some of the crazier bit but close enough for a walk. I missed the swell but got a chance to stand up paddle board. The beach is right out front. The dorm rooms are comfortable (fans only!!) and in the heat of the end of the dry... More

If one wanted a quiet and serene experience, then Kapuluan Vista Resort is a must try. Their rooms are big for 6 people. Pool are for kids and adults. The beach is recommended for surfing and snorkeling. The food is two thumbs up! Hospitality is great.
