An super old hotel, the tab water was so red and yellow, toilet water was yellow, cannot challenge to take a shower. Doubt if they had ever check the pipes. The air conditioning was not working, although it sounded as loud as a train, only cold air came out. We suffered a cold night, the reception refused offer even two blankets. Wall and ceiling is yellow, charger is broken, shower place is super small, bedding is only sheets and a thin blanket in a 0 degree winter night... Unbelievable, be careful to book unless you want to catch a cold like us !

I was suggested this place by a friend because in the Florence the hotels the were way to expensive. If I have to be honest the location of this hotel is amazing, the station next to it where you can go to the centre of Florence in 15 minutes is absolutely a good thing. But on the other side the room itself look poor... The time for the breakfast was way to early for me 6.45 to 9.45 for wasn't working at all. And the actual breakfast was very poor... Not much choice in the end. We don't know even after we left if there is a room service (not that we need it but still) because there was no menu in the room... The only thing we have on the desk of the room was just a pen with no even the pad to take notes... So in the end for the price we paid I was expecting a better service and a better room but like I said because it's located next to the station offer a good point to access to Florence... They can make a better place but for now for me that's not what I'm expecting from a four stars hotel!!

We have stayed at this hotel for one night. Pros: It's near the railway station so you can easily go to Florence. The room was on the 3rd floor and it had a great view of the square before the hotel. Cons: We booked the twin room but when there was just a one towel set. And one more minus is a really tiny shower. You even can't move over there without fear of getting bruises. I can tell that this hotel is quite convenient for those who want to spend the night and keep moving. But if you're going to explore Florence for a long time you should better think about other options because you have to ride there for 20 minutes in one way.
