We went in October, end of season, and place was deserted and cold and uninviting. We were the only people staying, but still got a very standard room - which means no balcony but a table outside the door on the walkway shared with other rooms; only real window to the room was the door, so closing the door = dark room. Couldn't / wouldn't move us to a room (the only?) room with a proper balcony. Bar was closed. Beachfront area was dirty with rubbish (there had been a storm a few days previously but no attempt to clean up) and seaweed and dog poo. Friendly owner, kindly agreed to give us a refund for 3 of our remaining 4 nights

With all my heart I love this place. I’ve been coming here for many many years with my family and there is no other words to describe it than amazing. Calm, beautiful, sea two meters away and full with laughter - this is what to expect. I love love love love loooove coming here. The family who runs it truly feels like my own family. They take care of me, helps me and make sure I’m always happy. The hotel is always clean and the small bar by the ocean bar is always open for coffee, a beer or a drink - and there is always someone to have a chat with. I’m sad every time I go - because this place truly is a hidden gem I greece 💙💙💙💙💙💙

Absolutely a fantastic place, yards from the sea. Spiros, Kostas and their lovely wives make you so welcome. Rooms clean and all that you need. Great bar looking out to the sea! Kavos is loud, Seafront is a haven of tranquility, but a five minute stroll from the madness of Kavos! You have to go to really appreciate this place, honestly the only place I have felt so relaxed and welcoming ! We have been 5 times, some guests have been going for 35 years!

Arrived on the 1st of April this year. Here you can feel like you at home the ovners are so lovely and very welcoming. What I can say it's just amazing rooms very clean,location is just perfect 2 min away to shops and coffee shop

We were 4 friends on a trip to Kavos and we stayed here for a week, and it was such a Lovely place!! It’s clean, close to the city and is like a relaxing haven in Kavos. The owners are so friendly and Nice and do everything in their power to make your stay as good as possible! The owner Even drive us to the beach one day!! I felt like i had a greek family for a week while i stayed there! Really recomend this place!

A friend and I went to Kavos for the first time last month, and were SO lucky to have found Seafront Apartments! Spiros and Nahla are the most wonderful hosts (not to mention Seela the dog!) who welcomed us with open arms. We spent many hours chatting with them, swimming, playing cards, drinking very cold beers, and generally feeling very at home. Spiros knows everyone on the island and has great stories of growing up nearby. He recommend great places to eat and helped us organize our entire vacation. Also staying at Seafront were several guests who return every year and who have become like family to Spiros and Nahla, which really made everything so nice. It was all just so overwhelmingly lovely, I hope we are also lucky enough to return soon!

I stayed here with 3 other friends and we had an amazing time. The location is a perfect distance from downtown (about a 5-10 minute walk) and the view from the bar down by the water is incredible. Despite the amazing view and location, what made the Seafront Apartments special for us was the hosts. The nicest husband/wife couple that made us feel welcome and at home. They gave us great recommendations and organized last minute airport transportation for us before our flight at 7am. They said hello every morning and we ended up sitting down at the bar and talking to them for a while. Overall, great view, great location and amazing people.

Only 5 mins drive from Lefkimmi, and I got to stay here couple of nights before heading up to Corfu town. And I must say, Despite of all these night restrictions and noisy bars in Downtown, it became one of my favorite spots because of Sirios and the Seafront Apartment! Rooms were super clean, and everything was very well managed, also, he has the best beach of the town. I will definitely come back here. And its only 5 min walk from the town center, very convenient, and still feels like you are at a peaceful, quiet resort.

I found a PERFECT ❤️ place. It’s serene place makes me just want to STAY. Watching the sun rising... Bathing in the sun while I finish a good book... (Take note: I haven’t read a novel for years since I started working.) But my most favorite part would be the lunch time where everybody gathers to EAT. Barbeque time! Pasta time! Greek salad 👌! Freshly caught fish just a few steps away from the bar! What a fantastic way of eating! Everything is fresh! And don’t forget the homemade WINE where they pour your glass and make it always FULL! We say YAMAS!!!! 🥂 YAMAS!! Spiros and Nahla, the owners of Seafront apartment are so hospitable. So kind! They treat everyone as a family. Will be surely coming back! Just a note for anyone who would also like to party and enjoy the night life, Seafront apartments is just a few blocks away from all the Pubs! You can also just have a good walk every now and then or just rent a car and go somewhere. The port to the mainland, Greece is also just close! Every place is just so easily accessible!!! ❤️…
