I selected the hotel because it was pet friendly so we could come with my dog, not really knowing what to expect. It ended up being a great place, we had an excellent room, great private bathroom, excellent location, has a very nice inner patio - definitely recommended.

We barely slept during our stay here. Thudding club music played well past 1am and they set up breakfast REALLY LOUDLY at 7:30 approx 10 feet from our bed (no exaggeration). The room was filthy, covered in hairs from previous occupants and bugs. No hot water either. Owner was incredibly rude at check-in and check-out, interrupting us whilst we tried to speak to her in Spanish to say “you don’t speak Spanish?” And tut! She was also chain smoking indoors. There are hundreds of better places to stay, all far better and cheaper than here!

The place is about 3 or 4 blocks from the main plaza, but the price is much lower than the hotels near the plaza. It is comfortable, clean, and safe. If you call them directly you can get a much better price than if you book through the internet. Off-season is less expensive, too. The kitchen is a nice amenity. You can cook (they supply eggs, water bottles, coffee, chocolate) or the lady will make you breakfast if you like. There are only 6 rooms. Room 106 is big and more private. If you can't sleep with noises, this could be an issue. The first night I heard lots of dogs barking, a cat yowling quite close, and the clopping of a horse, which they say are left to roam around in search of somewhere to graze. But it did not bother me to hear the animals. I will stay there when I go back.

Welcoming, friendly and very helpful small guest house in a quiet location with a lovely garden bordering the breakfast dining area. Claudia and her staff were delightful. Room was simply furnished with a small bathroom. Lovely retreat a couple of minutes walk along the cobbled streets to the central square and numerous souvenir shops.

Huge comfortable bed, TV was a bonus. Nice, quiet location for a good price. Lady in reception very helpful but smoked like a chimney which made visiting the reception an unpleasant experience. Laundry was good value except not all of it came back dry.
