Lovely nicely restored house from the 1860s. Nice variety of rooms. Small but beautiful courtyard, lots of sunlight. Stay here for the location, a mere block away from Plaza Mayor. Russia feeling with lots of antiques. Lounge area with jukebox and pool table, bar. Spa was nice, massages excellent and well-priced. Free parking a block away. Breakfast buffet was decent....

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It's a hotel converted from a number of properties. The rooms are different and stylish. There furnishings and decor are in keeping with the colonial style with some quirky additions.the cental courtyard provides easy chairs and there is a comfortable and stylish lounge. Breakfast is good, fresh fruit, continental...

Nice and rustic hotel close to the main place of Villa de Leyva. If you wish, the staff will inflame the fireplace inside your room in the evening. Just ask for it. The breakfast is of a columbian style. At the reception you can find someone speaking english.

The hotel is only one block away from the famous main square. It is an old building that has been filled with antiques and curios by the current owners. A little cluttered for me. The bedrooms are on different floors and parts of the building. We were in room 24 or 25 looking out onto the street. Had to rearrange...

Having read Trip Advisor reviews I was concerned we would get no sleep due to noise and Villa de Lleyva was seething with people as it was holiday season for Colombians. Therefore, I requested a room overlooking the inner courtyard rather than the street and we were given room 7. This was a mixed blessing as the room was very...

Lovely little boutique hotel. Crammed full of strange nick backs. Includes a chapel and library. Terrific breakfast and very friendly staff. Totally recommended. Only a block away from main square and convenient for all major attractions.

Room 3- very dark, cramped because too much furniture and stuff, shower ceiling mouldy, but safe, hair dryer and dressing gowns which were very small. Communal areas are cramped, full of tasteless stuff and dirty furniture. It can be noisy because of the location but that's ok because the location is excellent. Breakfast was appalling. Continental breakfast consists of 2...

Good location, eclectic decor. Ample rooms with chimney and a little living area. Absent wifi in the rooms, the bed had an iron base that sticks out and can hurt you pretty pretty bad. Bad smell to gasoline due to pest control. Not as expected according to the reviews.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was a lovely place to stay and also very central and easy to find in the town. Breakfast was good and the bar area, although dark, was charming, relaxed and comfortable. We had paid our tour company extra to upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite, as we had...

This is a quirky hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The wifi is good, which for me is a must. Great location to explore the town and plaza. Rooms are noisy, as walls a paper thin, also rooms are dark, in ours we had very minimal natural light. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety, well presented and fresh....
