Fantastic place to stay. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful with what to do and where to go. We also had a dog with us for the first time and the top room with access from the back was ideal. They also catered for one of our party who could only eat Gluten free food. The breakfast was...

We stayed in the 3 bed suite which was unusually set up, you are in the house with the family, although you wouldn't really notice but I would recommend that they give u a key or way to lock the glass door leading into the house, I had to...

We stayed here during our road trip in February. Hosts are relly nice and welcoming, rooms clean and spacious. Wifi exists but is rather slow and depends on the weather. Breakfast is typically Irish (Irish breakfast, cereals and fresh fruits). Only downside was the relatively high price (€100/night), but we didn't want to spend more time looking for an alternative...

I stayed at the Achill lodge for 3 nights just after Christmas with my husband, 2 teenage kids and my father-in-law. We had 4 spacious en suite rooms, all next to each other in a private section of the lodge. The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious and ready whenever we wanted it. They even...

So very pleased to stay at Achill Lodge again. It's very pleasing to see that they have maintained the very high standards of comfort and cleanliness in the rooms. Its particularly comforting to come into such a snug , warm house on this island when the weather can be inclement. The warmth of the welcome equals the warmth of the...
