We just finished our stay at Nirvana hotel this week. The hotel surroundings and building is lovely and right on the beach there's plenty of restaurants near by and a bus link and excursion shop also across the road. I'll start with the positive. The hotel staff are brilliant and always on hand with drinks or snacks etc. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left. The drinks were very good expecially the cocktails. The beds very comfy and views from balcony decent also plenty of room in wadrob also the fridge was cold. Breakfast was very good also. The Negative. You are charged extra for air conditioning 8 euro a day. The pool needs more cleaning. The rooms very outdated and needs attention. The all inclusive package is set meals for lunch and dinner which is not to everyones taste very oily and similar food we ate out 4 times out of 7. Overall we had a good holiday but this hotel could spend a bit of money on itself get more variety for lunch and dinner and it would be great also location very good and airport close

I bought the All Inclusive stay at the hotel, the room I stayed in was quite bearable, but the food was very poor, the portions were tiny and the food was not always warm. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor food and noise associated with the close airport.

The hotel very close to the beach, where there are no people. The place is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and speaks English. Food not very tasty, good for killing hunger. Alcohol in the allinclusive offer very bad: high-percentage drinks taste like with a mix of the cheapest spirit. Beer too soft, zero action (I drink occasionally). Soft drinks also unpalatable, the cheapest substitutes. In summary: from the gastronomic side a failure, the rest of the trip super. Evaluation of the cuisine is only the feelings of me and my beloved. Some guests said that the food tasted good to them. Do not expect perfection for such a price :) Rhodes is a beautiful island. If you want to explore - choose this hotel. If you prefer to lie by the pool and use hotel services - choose another.

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Clean and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff all friendly and pleasant. The restaurant and bar staff work really hard. Room is basic and functional, defo showing its age.... However upgraded rooms are in the making. We had the pleasure of being shown the prototype of the new design. If it goes ahead,it will be beautiful. We had a garden view, this view could be enhanced by having a gardener attend to it on a regular basis. Otherwise not much of a view. We were all inclusive and did not go hungry or thirsty, enjoyed most of what was put in front of us. The food will not be to everyone's tastes. It is a set menu of 4 plates, all traditional Greek dishes, there is no buffet or choice. The pool area is clean and tidy with plenty of beds for the size of hotel. The floor surrounding the pool is concrete pebbles, I did not find this very user friendly on bare feet or sitting at the edge of the pool. The water temperature does not go above Baltic.... Nearby beach is pebbles with strong waves perfect for the kite surfing but not kid friendly if you are coming as a family. Like most Mediterranean hotels/restaurants they have their own pack of feral cats that rome the place. They have their watches set for meal times. Lol. And are very well looked after, some quite friendly. Reasonable bus service on main road that goes straight into Rhodes town. If we were going back to the area it would be top of our consideration.

Great 3 star hotel with wonderful staff. Very nice breakfast served surrounded by lovely flowers. Close to beach where there are lots of kite surfing. 10 mins from airport so some aircraft noise. Kind and understanding management, would certainly recommend.

Arrived at this hotel expecting All inclusive until 11.30pm, food served buffet style in restaurant and free air conditioning until 15/09, all as stated on OnTheBeach website. Hotel says they don’t deal with OnTheBeach and never sent the details to them, but they took our booking and money from OnTheBeach! All inclusive drinks finish at 10pm and are very expensive to purchase after 10pm. Almost 10 euros for a basic spirit with mixer. Food is served ‘a la carte’ style and is a set menu, the chef can’t even get a basic ragu to make bolognese and lasagne, no tomato in sight apart from with your fried eggs for breakfast 😳 and the Meunière sauce for the fish, all lemon and no butter, vegetables all well and truly overcooked, to the point they were slimy 🤢 pasta all over cooked, basic things every chef anywhere should know. All food served outside on the patio area, so you’re constantly fighting the flies, wasps and mosquitoes whilst eating. There is a lovely air conditioned dining room, but only the manager was allowed to eat in there. Air conditioning advertised as free until 15/09 and then 6 euros a day after then, not free at all and 8 euros a day to have on. On a better note and the only reason 2 stars instead of 0/1, the rooms although dated are fairly comfy and the shower works. The staff are lovely and would be even better if the manager actually helped them every now and then instead of sat on his backside watching every move they made. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area, pool clean and well kept. Great views of the Kite Surfers at the beach.

Room Tip: Try and get an odd numbered room as they look out to sea.

When I chose Nirvana Beach I didn't realise I would be spending the best holidays ever in Paradise. A friendly family guest house with an amazing atmosphere lets you relax deeply surrounded by lovely views. The core of this place are the PEOPLE- helpful, open for tourist and highly kind. Your wish is their order. Rooms are simple and clean, (cleaned every day, a complete change of towels and bedsheets), you get a small bottles of shampoos and shower gels and there is a hair dryer in each room. The rooms are being gradually renovated. I got the best room with the panoramic view over the sea and kites and in the evenings I cherished my eyes with fantastic sunsets from my private balcony. The restaurant is situated on the hotel's spacious Veranda so you eat your meals overwieving the see in a cascade of beautiful flowers. I chose the option of three meals a day and I absolutely adored the formula of it. Breakfast-a huge choice of dishes served to the table, lunch and dinner a'la carte consisting of 3-5 dishes, including traditional Rhodesian finger food and dishes of Greek cuisine. This way of serving meals was a fantastic option for me as I hate hunting for food in all inclusive buffets and I hate when people waste food in such hard times of famine and wars in the world. Bravo for the manager for this idea ! In this option you receive a good quality, delicious food without leaving your table. I was full after each meal and the portions were huge enough (too huge for me). I didn't have to spend extra money for food outside the hotel, excluding the trip days. I would be also glad to see my favourite "bekri meze" in the menu in the future if possible. The swimming pool is another advantage of the hotel. You can relax on the sunbeds with a really small number of guests by the pool so you have a feeling of swimming in your private swimming pool. The hotel is situated in a very quiet part of the island, without crowds of tourists, hassle and bussle of big citicies, close to Theologos village, where you can find supermarkets, souvenir shops (reasonable prices) and more restaurants (10minutes walk). Rhodes is about 20km from here and you can get there by bus (the stop on the other side of the road). The Butterfly Valley is 8km from the hotel and it is an absolute must-see on your list, the best way is to visit it by taxi, (the hotel may order one for you even a day before a planned trip). I also visited Lindos and Symi but there are many optional trips offered by national travel agencies or the local ones. I would like to thank the whole staff of Nirvana Beach for being treated like a queen, overindulging me every day, focusing on my needs, creating an amazing ambience, giving me wonderful memories for the rest of my life. You all are working very hard, doing a fantastic job, I do appreciate it. Keep doing it. I wish all the best to each of you from the bottom of my heart. Missing you all already.

I feel we have found a real Jewel discovering this little hotel on the beach. The simplicity of this hotel was just what I was looking for.A perfect postion on the beach near various kite schools, constant wind. The beach is a pebble beach so no sand blowing in your face! Relaxing by the pool with a drink ,heaven! We had all inclusive and the quality/price of the food was a wonderful suprise.I don't eat meat and the chef always preparared something for me which I appreciated very much. The last but to me the most important quality about Nirvana Beach Hotel are the exceptionaly kind genuine staff. Looking forward to seeing you next year. Thankyou for everything Samantha and Nicola

Only 10 mins from airport, perfect location for Kitesurfing (2 min walk to kite centre) and great views of sea/sunset. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Very happy to let us check out 3 hours late on our last day due to later flight home). A couple of small negatives - due to proximity of airport, the planes overhead could be quite noisy at times. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Slightly broken toilet. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend for clean, simple accommodation with friendly staff.
