Hotel on the outside very nice but the rooms are of average quality and especially the bathroom which is just dirty but it is an experience. The food was a big plus for me, I liked it very much, because it was diverse, and the bar made the best impression on me, its service is great and very communicative, the bartenders talk and joke themselves, the drinks are delicious, I highly recommend it. An additional advantage is the swimming pool, which may not be too large, but enough to cool down in it and swim.

The best bartenders on the Rodos. George and Sofia doing their best and they make delicious drinks. Staff is very friendly. Pool is great, Sara doing a fantastic job in pool bar. Food isn't the highest quality but everyone can find something for theirselves. Cleanliness is on low level, rooms are small but it's not the worst. The best bar and pool bar.

I've spent holiday with my friends, we're all university students, so our expectations weren't very high. The rooms met all of our needs, both had working tv, fridge, air conditioner and a balcony. The biggest flaw was definitely the bathroom, it's condition was pretty poor. Pool and pool bar were great. Even though the pool area isn't very big, we were always able to find a spot and swim freely. Food was okay. The menu wasn't as various as I wish, but we were always satisfied after meals. To the beach leads easy and quiet short road. The biggest advantage of this place is the staff. Waitresses at the restaurant were always nice. We especially liked the bartenders, they were smiling and chatting all the time, they easily joked with us in English and made our stay even better.

We've just returned from 2 weeks at Summer Dream. I have given a score of 4, which is probably a bit generous but it wouldn't let me do 3.5. Our party was myself and mu husband (40s), nephew and his girlfriend (31) and their kids (12 & 6). I wasn't expecting spectacular accommodations as it is Greece after all, so my expectations were quite low. We booked and paid for 2 family rooms but when we checked in, we had 1 family room and a room with a double and a single. It was no bother, as myself and husband were happy with the room. The room was pleasant, with a flat screen TV which actually had a few English channels on. My only really issue with the room was the horrible shower. The shower cubicle wasn't fully enclosed and was absolutely tiny so you ended up banging yourself on the taps when you tried to turn around. The bathroom floor got wet whenever we used the shower and there was a drain in the middle of the floor. The swimming pool and pool bar were fantastic and we were always able to get sunbeds. The staff were fantastic, especially George and Sofia at the main bar and Sarah and Mateo at the pool bar. The food - what can I say? It started off quite well and lasted for about 5 days. Then there were no fried eggs with breakfast and just a weird omelette thing on offer. There were no chips at lunch or tea. The "Greek salad" had no feta in after the first few days, which was very disappointing as this was my main food source. My fussy 6 year old great nephew would only eat chips, chicken nuggets or plain pasta so often, he was eating the same thing twice a day, every day. The food was mostly edible but we all got bored of it being the same thing all the time, and ate out 4 times at night and twice in the day. There's as great kebab/gyros shop at the bottom of the road, with delicious gyros for only 3 euros. We had an excellent meal on our last night at Rodi Deli, just a bit further down the road. The pool bar ran out of bottled water for about 4 days and when it came back, the staff were told they could only give it to the kids, which is absolutely ridiculous! No entertainment whatsoever, despite it being mentioned on the hotel website. We caught the bus to Rhodes town twice and had a great time looking around the moat and generally pottering about, with 1 lunch in McDonalds and another excellent lunch in Arena sports bar. All in all, I enjoyed my holiday but I wouldn't return to this hotel as there's just nothing going on and the food needs to be vastly improved.

Stayed 9 nights, family of 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids from UK. Firstly, the positives: lovely staff in every area. Chatty and doing the best they can with what they have. Speak great English...certainly better than I speak Greek! Quiet location, 5/10 mins walk to rocky beach, a few supermarkets and some nice restaurants and cafes. Right near the bus stop and only €3.50 for bus to Old Rhodes Town which is well worth a visit. Food was OK, all 9 of us managed to eat at every meal, every day, despite some reviews saying food was not good. If you're coming to Greece for chips with every meal and a full English breakfast, you're going to be disappointed, Greece serves Greek food. Nice size pool, fairly small, but never got too busy or loud. Plenty of sun loungers and thankfully no rush to run down with towels. Shade available and needed, still 32°c at 9pm. Had 3 family rooms, all great size, adequate wardrobe space, big mirror and table/chairs. Clean on arrival, quiet and had balconies with chairs/tables. Negatives: Rooms only cleaned once a week (apart from emptying bathroom bin). Dining room is small and not well equipped, often waiting for cutlery and bowls. Food is replenished half way through service so either go at opening, 7pm or half way through 8pm. Drinks machine in restaurant often not working, no wine or coffee for several of days. No air-conditioning in restaurant, making it a task to eat and enjoy a drink in a cramped space with lots of bodies and 32° heat. 1 ice cream scoop which is stood in a glass of dirty water, no matter how early I got to it, never saw fresh glass. Ice cream only available during restaurant times and nowhere to get or buy on site. Nothing is labelled so what looked like pasta sauce was actually squid bolognaise and various dishes a mystery. No snacks throughout the day other than a few dried up pastries left over from breakfast, served at the pool bar for a very short period. Restaurant has max 2 waitresses doing their very best to bring fresh food, crockery and clear tables... with a smile. Pool bar has 1 server, when they go to lunch or get stock, bar is unattended, often for long periods. At these times, there are no drinks available anywhere. At any one time, there is only one place for drinks and one server; pool bar 10-6, reception bar 6-11. Drinks are basic, no cocktail menu, although they will make with what they have if you know what you want. No ice in restaurant and drink machine gives in half way through service and isn't fixed until day or 2 later. Everything served in a paper cup or small tumbler, some people taking their own pint glasses for beer. No trips available from this hotel, but can be done at neighbouring hotel. Hotel website advertises kids play area, live entertainment, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities in room and a snack bar...none of these things exist. Would have been nice to have had a Greek night and there is evidence of there having been bbqs in the past as there is an old outdoor grill in pool area, but not in use now. Overall a pleasant stay in a lovely quiet location with attentive and pleasant staff but wouldn't visit again as it seems the management lack basic awareness of how to run a hotel once they have your money. Many small changes would make a huge difference. Credit to the staff, they're great.

I could not recommend this to anyone. The hotel is nice but the room we got to was barely acceptable. There are 2 bad things which has to be mentioned. The first one are the cicadas. If you intend spending the day at the hotel's pool just be prepared to face the absurdly loud noise. We tried suggesting to the hotel that something could be done to limit their number but the answer was that it's nature and they won't harm nature. The second thing which bothered me is the food. Barely eatable. Avoid all inclusive here at all cost. There is a small bar at 100 meters where we eat wonderful food. Also the dining area could be cleaner. If you intend to go to the beach near the hotel forget it. Theologos beach is rocky and the winds are so hard that you can barely enter in the sea. All in all stay here if you want to have a more affordable accomodation and rent a car to see the island. Rhodes is amazing.

The hotel was nice, the staff were fantastic and really couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were clean and functional, we were a group with 5 rooms, ours was the only one with faulty air conditioning and were given a fan! It never got fixed. All other rooms were ice cold. The food however was not edible, it was luke warm and tasteless. We ate out most days as there are a few nice little places to eat round and about. The Aussie Bar is lovely and so is the little beach cafe, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella €8, toastie €3.50. The owner is such a lovely lady. Left out the hotel and straight over to the road to beach then left at the beach. It would be so easy to change the food and make it more enjoyable, just a few simple changes. Even just a toaster or a toastie maker would make a difference. The only snacks or snack, was a pastry at the bar. Bus into Rhodes €3.50 each way, definitely worth a visit to the old Town. All in all it was a lovely week away and we made the most of it, unfortunately we will not return to this hotel.

Food could definitely be better, breakfast is not great, i think there’s 8 tray choices for lunch and dinner, includes meat and potatoes tomatoes and feta cheese, chips only once a week, very basic. hotel very isolated, didn’t feel the welcome from staff apart from Sophia at pool bar she’s lovely, drinks are watered down, coke, Diet Coke, sprite all tasted like tonic water obviously no syrup in them, this was awful for my type 1 diabetic daughter as she couldn’t have Diet Coke so had to buy our own in. alcoholic drinks taste strong at first then half way down tastes of tonic water, buy drinks from duty free and take them with you. Coffe machine hardly ever works, hot chocolate is just like hot brown water. Bedrooms only cleaned once a week . Air conditioning is great, works really well, no entertainment at all, bar closes at 11pm . Pool is lovely, snacks at bar include two different type of pastries not sure what’s in them but very dry not very nice. Nothing for kids to do at all, extremely basic hotel but we tried to make the most of it. Definitely visit Rhodes old town especially in the evening it’s magical and so picturesque
