Stayed here in Mid July as a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, nothing was ever too much and service was impeccable. We had an issue on the first night of arrival, having to stay the sister hotel as they were fully booked. However, this did not impact on our time and we were offered a complimentary upgrade to one of the new rooms on the top floor which was very smart and had a lovely pool/sea view. There was plenty of choices of food at the all inclusive buffet and we enjoyed every single meal, the meat was always cooked to perfection. There’s a supermarket next door to the hotel which is very convenient to purchase any snacks or water. We had lovely food at Mariposa restaurant across the road and an amazing gyros at Billy’s Bar located next door to the hotel. I’ve rated 4 star purely for the mix up at first and the charge for Air Conditioning at €8 a night. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxed break away.

I’ll be honest the trip didn’t get off to a great start. We were put in the sister hotel about half a km down the road as the hotel was overbooked for the first night so we didn’t start off with a great first impression of the hotel. But my god did they turn it around quickly ! We were given an upgrade to our room as compensation for the first nights problems and I must say the room was lovely , extremely clean , well equipped and fabulous views from the balcony ! All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much. Don’t Understand the negative reviews about the food as we never had one bad meal during our stay , there was always plenty of variety , food was tasty and could definitely have no complaints. Lastly the jewel in the crown , the pool area was fantastic , always plenty of sun beds which were very comfy, very clean and the pool itself was 5* . Don’t listen to the negative reviews and come try happy days yourself , you will not be disappointed!

Just returned from a lovely week in Happy Days. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d be very happy to return again. We were very much looking forward to a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got.
Some things to consider if booking:
Rhodes town is 30mins away depending on traffic (35e by taxi or 3e by bus)
Buses come at irregular times and are very packed.
Hotel is very quiet which suited us but if you want some music or entertainment this may not be the area for you.
Lindos is very difficult to travel to from this side of the island but not impossible. Planning is required and may take up to 2hrs.
Lots to do and see in Rhodes

Our towels, bedsheets and even curtains were dirty. Bedsheets (even obviously dirty ones) were not replaced for days. Hot water would sometimes disappear and the bathroom was dirty and ugly. The toilets don't have locks anywhere, even a common toilet doesn't. We were only given two TINY shower gel pieces per week. You gotta pay extra for air conditioning (56 Eur / week). The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't too good either, and once we got cutlets that were slightly burned. You can hear sounds from other rooms and the corridor very well, so it's not that easy to sleep. They only have wi-fi in the common areas (not in rooms) and even then it's working poorly. I liked the common swimming pool area, but the loungers were dirty most of the time.
On the bright side, the staff was really nice and the location is good - in a quiet town, right next to the sea, restaurants and shops nearby.
Overall, if they fixed the cleanliness issues and the hot water, it would be an ok option for those who wish to travel on the cheaper side. But the way it is right now is not acceptable.

Was loving the hotel at first rooms were quite basic but I guess you get what you pay for. Swimming pool and bar staff were amazing especially a man called Chris.

Everything was going fine until we were told we would have to pay for AC in the rooms which was never explained at the point of booking, the AC was €9 a night and you weren’t able to use this for just one night they made you pay for the whole time you stayed here (AC was also terrible I can fart harder than it blew out). I asked to add the AC of the early hours of the morning as I could not sleep where it was so hot only to be greeted by a very rude night staff member which also caused a bitter taste in my mouth.

Upon our final day when we was checking out we was told we had to pay €50 for damages to a towel that probably costs 50p at the most. We never used the towels round the pool as the staff requested however I assume we must have briefly sat on them once we got back to the room which caused a very slight yellow stain.. the swimming pool also turned my swim shorts into a green colour which I did try argue with the staff however the were not listening to what I was saying and kept insisting that I was using the towels round the pool and putting sun cream on them which was completely incorrect.

It is a real shame as up this point minus the AC problems I was happy with the stay but I just found the staff as I was checking out were very inconsiderate and seemed like they just wanted to scam us out of more money.

The Good,

The hotel is very clean and the cleaning ladies do a nice job upkeeping it, the service at the Front Desk was very good, attentive and quick. The restaurant attendant was very nice, the hotel is nice on the outside, with plenty of parking space, bicycle parking, a really nice pool and is close to the beach.

The Bad

Choose the harshest punishment you can get and that is the quality of their food, it was despicable, tasteless and old. Even the salad was at times browning and breakfast is pretty basic.

The bartender is truly the most unfriendly person and his energy was very negative. Don't attempt asking him for anything such as a corkscrew or glasses you might get an unpleasant reaction because their goal is to push overpriced drinks on you. A pointer, don't sit at the bar if you want to just have a chat.

The manager is truly a nuisance, an unpleasant person who is constantly lurking around. If you are having a chat with any of their employees he will listen to your conversation and jump in as if he was part of the interaction. He is like a fly.

They do charge for pool towels. They take 23 Euros as a deposit and keep $3, money is returned at check out. I am ok with that but I am not OK with them charging $8 Euros for Aircon, I'm not sure if this is legal. My suggestion is don't go when it is 40C or will or you will be eaten by mosquitos just before you melt like ice cream.

The room is outdated, doesn't have enough power outlets, the furniture is from the 80s and no wifi in the room and the bathroom is in dire straits.

If you want to have good holidays i strongly recommend to pass this hotel, because the service and the room really poor quality here. Additionally you need to pay for air condition 9 euro per night, the manager of this hotel such an impolite person, hotel not respect quests. If you have complain they do not care. Also if you want beach towel you need to leave deposit 20 euro per person and need to pay once 3 euro for them cleaning, which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, when you want to pay by card they saying better with cash and pushing you. What can i say the best part here barmen and room cleaners nothing else.

😥😥😥
Absolutely looking forward to going away in first time for three years.
This hotel is beautiful from outside lovely pool. At this moment me and my partner are sitting in room waiting for early morning pick up management are here and have not once offered us water.
Bedrooms are basic but clean. Fridge has a weird loud loud sound and you really can hear everyone toilet thru night.
No need to rush for a sunbed and the sunbeds are very nice better than your normal.
It's not all inclusive. Limited drinks between certain times. Snacks if u want them on holiday do not exist apart from an ice cream or a small pastry between 5 and 6. The drinks are watered down. You get your all inclusive bands taken off when you check out which is disgusting especially as we were there a full 13 hours after.
The barman is miserable and slightly bullying. His attitude is awful. I always tried to laugh and have a chat but nooooo tht wasn't happening.
It's a lovely quiet hotel. Not a family hotel no children there and people stare if you laugh. Absolutely gorgeous pool area but that's about it
The food is awful. And it really is. Five trays of random poor quality food and salad if you're lucky.
Thank god for the amazing weather.
Honest review 😥😥

Check in was complicated, lots of information to put on a small piece of paper that made little sense. The room was lovely, however the food not so much. Every meal, lunch and dinner, consisted of pasta, with no food labels whatsoever. The choice of salad was good but once again no labels on food so we were clueless as to what we were eating. The choice of drinks at the bar was appalling for an all inclusive resort, which is disappointing for the price we paid expecting to have nice drinks on our holiday. The pool area was great, but once again very little going on at the hotel which is ideal for people looking for a quiet holiday. We ended up going away from the hotel for our evening meals due to the food making me feel ill, which is extremely disappointing when booking an all inclusive as it brings in extra costs that we didn't need. The food differed from what was seen in the photos, which once again disappointed us. Some of the staff were rude and carried a careless attitude, bringing another negative to our stay.
Breakfast was just as disappointing as other meals, with little choice in juices and fresh fruit on a morning. Most of the food would be covered in flies, which we understand can't be controlled but it could definitely be maintained in a better way by the staff.
We also paid for 7 days, but missed the first day by a few hours due to our flight being delayed, and had our wrist bands taken off us on our last day even though we had to spend the day at the hotel as our flight wasn't until late at night. This meant we had to make an extra effort to leave the hotel for drinks and food once again, which doesn't get our moneys worth of the all inclusive.
Overall, I can recommend the hotel for its cleanliness of rooms, but improvements could be made in other areas. Most reviews we've seen are similar to the judgement we've made, so we will definitely take the time to read further into reviews when booking holidays.

I am travelling very often in different countries and I wanted to say this was the worse place ever to celebrate my mother and my brother's birthday. 1st of all they refused to gives us water at dinner while at breakfast the water was included, never around the world where i've been happened like this . 2nd Christopher the barman was shouting at us, was very unprofessional with the clients, calling my girlfriend arrogant, racist saying he had a black girlfriend and a yellow girlfriend, which I found it very disrespectful . Also was making comment when he went in England in Dublin in 1995 he had to pay for water in hotel. He was explaining how hes been to so many countries and he is an expert in making cocktails while he couldn't make the basic cocktails. The night staff an absolutely rude man with no manners like Christopher as one night my sister in law broke her toe nail and i went to the night staff receptionist to ask for a plaster and he refused to give me saying he doesn't have a First Aid. I have insisted it's illegal to not have a first aid in the hotel and finally after begging to stop the blood of the toe nail he gave me one. We have been told we can gather together in one room as long as its not lots of people, we were playing uno and at 00:00 was my moms bday where we sang her happy birthday, the night staff the same rude man was shouting to us from downstairs to stop making noises, we explained we only sing one song but he was keep shouting at us. In the meantime the manager was informed and called the hotel room where she shouted to my girlfriend, didn't let her talk . We only played one song. I totally not recommend this hotel at all if you want to enjoy your holiday. ONLY George and Anastasia from the hotel, the member of staff had manners and great communication and brilliant customer service, other then that we paid so much money for a family trip to not even enjoy it as the staff are even fighting within each other as i was witnessing on our first day after.
