Love that place and the spa, definitely, I will come again and recommend it to my friends. Relaxing, recharging inspiring time, nice hikes around, large city parks, jazz band, sculptures, the beautiful city as well.

We visited Termalium today for the first time. The pools were good, saunas too, but the overall impression was a bit destroyed thanks to the sauna lady who was constantly behind people´s buttocks. She commented on everything, "close the door", "put the towel there", "you have the sheet too low", "you can´t use shower gel in the shower."...!! etc... bearing in mind we paid 1000 czk for 2 hours, one would expect the sauna staff to respect the guests at least a bit!

The target market of this place appears to be health Czech insurance companies. Most guests are Czech and stay for a month or so, costs covered by insurance. So while the building and facilities are amazing, everything is done cheaply to minimise cost of these patients. No surprise as they pay less than half as much as private guests like me (I paid 70€/night). My stay in a single room with breakfast had the following shortcomings: Curtains didn't stop light, sunlight in room at 8am every day No aircon, 28c+ in room by 9am No WiFi in rooms No available massages (fully booked weeks in advance) Empty minibar No pool available Only one small concrete sun deck, with no sun loungers or place to lay Construction noise during high season No fresh fruit or fresh juice at breakfast No knives at breakfast My therapist spoke no English Bar closed 11pm on Friday night

It's an old building which still remembers Bethoven. The administration is well organised . On arrival you get the doctor but not unfortunately the treatment, though the day is paid. The employees are polite. Some of them even shy. The food is not bad. The good thing is that there are many eating places where you find very good food and cheap. In the neighbourhood cafes everything is of very good quality . I hoped to have BBC or CNN but they had several Czech chanels(which I don't speak ) and three terrible russian ones. Massage at the hotel should be better. But probably they are poorly paid. The town is clean . There are a lot of very old buildings in very good condition. No rubbish in the streets. A lot of trips organised at the hotel. I believe it's worth staying there.

We spent five days there, nothing expected. The hotel is really big, old, but everything was clean. Our room was in the first floor. The old windows and doors were not tight, but we used the long and heavy curtins as the possibility to make it relatively tight, placing suitable thingst to leaks. This way we got a good temperature in the room, because the heating itself was ok. It was rainy weather with temperatures about zero. I think that by very strong wind and low outer temperatures this would be not enough. After first meal in the evening I expected the worst, because the steak I got was somehow just getting bad smell and taste. I did not eat it and thought, that it will be good, not getting so fat. But on other days by the meals ordered the day before we could not say it was bad. It was tasty enough with good qantity. They had also good sweets. The breakfast was nothing special, but good. The swimming pool has optimal temperature, but it can be used only afternoon after two, not only for guests from the hotel. But seeing back, we must say it was even not so bad and there is a possibility for repeating.
