Panorama Sidari Hotel comes highly recommended for its welcoming staff and convenient location close to the beach and attractions, though the hilly terrain may be a challenge for some. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and diverse dining options, are popular among guests, despite some dated aspects and sunbed issues. While the rooms are considered basic and could use a refresh, their cleanliness is consistently applauded. Families especially enjoy the child-friendly atmosphere and entertainment, and the overall value of the hotel, with its reasonable pricing and all-inclusive choices, is often celebrated by visitors.

We arrived at Panama Hotel on 26th July and stayed for 1 week. Couple with 1 child.

Pro's:
Polite, attentive and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Great selection of food at all meal times.
Safe; All measures possible have been taken to ensure it is as Covid safe as possible. Plenty of hand sanitiser, gloves at meal times (for guests to wear when choosing from buffet), masks to be worn indoors. We also witnessed an independent inspection of the hotel and staff testing.
Daily room cleaning/tidying.
Great pool area. Plenty of sunbeds and shady areas if required. Lifeguard on duty watching the kids.
The animation team were excellent with the children.
Beautiful views from the high rooms. We were block 9 family room.
Very regular buggy service up and down from the rooms as the hill is quite steep.
Mini Mart on site reasonably priced.

Cons:
Air Con doesn't cool the mezzanine area of the room, becomes very hot and uncomfortable. Must be set to 20 degrees or above to work at all.
Separate beds for the adults, even when pushed together the gap is substantial due to the design of the beds.

Summary: Very good value and friendly hotel. Nothing to complain about as all obstacles are attempted to be surmounted by the hotel staff. We would definitely visit again for a family holiday.

Tips:
Ask for a high block room, the views are lovely.
Take some coffee sachets/tea bags/uht milk pods for your room and ask for a kettle (cups/glasses are provided)
Ask for fans for the mezzanine (we didn't realise we could until the last day)

We spent a family holiday with 2 teenagers in Panorama in August 2021 and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is located in a beatiful greenery area, which is clean and very well maintained. Apartments are situated in a sloping part of the complex, all with magnificent view of the sea and the town below the hotel. There is no need to worry about the sloping terrain, the shuttle service works by electric carts very well in the hotel area.

Apartments are simple, but very clean and practically equipped (balcony seating, fridge, kettle, cups and glasses).

We felt very safe during our stay in these covid times, as all stuff wears masks in indoor as well as outdoor places and keeps the whole area very clean all the time. Guests wear masks in indoor places, in the restaurant they wear gloves to serve the meal and drinks before sitting at the table.

All staff is very friendly and helpful, works hard to make your holiday pleasant and relaxing. Admirable animation team creates wonderful action programme for all age groups - games for children, water polo, aqua gym, aqua dance, evening games and music programme. After eleven p. m., however, there is quite and those who want to keep on the night life can enjoy shops and bars in nearby Sidari streets.

Hotel restaurant deserves special attention. They prepare great variety of fresh and delicious meals, much of them Greek cuisine and as we are celiacs, we appreciated their homemade glutten free bread which they baked for us. Such tasteful and crunchy we have never eaten!

As we travelled with teenagers, we also tried adrenaline activities offered in Sidari, such as paddle boat trip to see D Amour Beach, Kanali tou Erota and Apotripiti Beach. Also horseriding on the beach at sunset was great experience.

The only thing I would point out, as we stayed in a family maisonette appartment, is the need for a better air conditioning solution for the upper floor.

To sum up, as we all work hard during the year, we had wonderful relaxing holiday in Panorama Sidari and fell in love with Greece. We would definitely come again!

We arrived 20thseptember for 2weeks the check in was very good all done efficiently and quickly .I must say the receptionist were probably some of the best I have seen nothing to much trouble and always with a smile .we was then directed to our room nothing fancy but everything functional and spotlessly clean .once again I can't praise the housekeeping ladies enough .clean towels everyday and beds changed every other day .As mentioned in other post the accomodation is set on a hillside but was never a problem as there was buggies to take you to and from your room and once again by extremely professional and pleasant drivers .Now for probably the best bit the restaurant in all my years of all inclusive this the best ever lots of choices and hot and tasty and everything done in an absolute covid friendly environment whereby mask and gloves must be worn at all times and was robustly enforced by the restaurant manager If I could find fault anywhere it would be the plastic glasses at all times outdoors ican understand this in the daytime because of health and safety issues around the pool .I would also like to say that more attention to making the evening stage venue more inviting put maybe table cloths on tables and introduce waiter table service and maybe more intimate lighting to make the venue feel like a venue .To summarize an excellent holiday with fantastic staff in every department excellent food an spotlessly clean and a great animation team keep up the great standards you set for yourselves and without doubt we will be back and will highly recommend you to all our friends and family.

A special mention for th restaurant manager on our last day we had an issue with our transfer back to the airport and he was so kind an considerate of our situation and hurriedly arranged a makeshift breakfast for us

Thank you everyone at panorama

By far the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life, and I've been to third world countries who are like 5* luxury compared to this place. Where to even start? Well checking in was fine, then we realised we had to go up a hill that's like training for ninja warrior UK, but the good thing, and the ONLY good thing is there's little golf buggy's to take you up and down if you wait on them. Got to the room and it was shockingly bad, a family of 3 and the room had 2 single beds and a fold down bed that was broken, was more like being in a hostel than hotel. Bathroom was tiny, shower cubicle so small that when the shower was turned on the water went all over the floor. The bathroom door didn't even have a lock on it. The room door itself didn't even lock automatically, you physically had to lock it behind you when in the room. In the room was a kettle and cups, but no tea, coffee, sugar or anything like that and if you did want a drink, it was back down mount Everest to get something.
The room was cleaned ONCE the entire week and only ONE set of fresh towels and bedding, despite being told it would be cleaned daily and new bedding and towels every two days.
Walking anywhere from the room, you have to walk on the main road with the cars, motorbikes, quads and golf buggy's, there is no pedestrian path at all, this is the same all the way to the beach and shops, not ideal when you have kids.
The pool, no lifeguard on duty. The baby pool was like a free for all at times, with nobody to stop them, children in their teens would jump in with absolutely no consideration for the babies and young kids in this pool, this resulted in my 2 year old son being kicked in the face and a cut to his eye.
Night time entertainment was non existent, one night there was a magician, so one nights entertainment in seven. If you wanted a drink, then it was sit by the pool bar and be served it in a paper cup, should you want a drink in a glass in an actual bar, then pay extra for that, that's not included in the ALL INCLUSIVE.
The food was hit or miss, more miss than a hit but on one night it was absolutely amazing, just consistency letting it down.
On the last day before leaving we went to the restaurant to get some food to take with us because we couldn't have breakfast, we had to get the coach to the airport, we were told we cant take anything with us.
All in all an absolute shambles of a place, easily the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. We had a look at other hotels in Sidari who we payed to use their facilities and they are miles ahead of this place.

Hotel not the best
Had to go down very early to get Sunbeds each morning.
My husband & son was Ill from the food (they ate the fish the one night, whereas I didn’t). We ended up eating out for remainder of our holiday.
Drinks were ok. They operate a 2 drink per person at any one time at the bar during the evenings
Rooms with stairs in, be prepared as if you sleep in the two single beds upstairs, it is boiling. The air con doesn’t reach despite being on the coldest. I had to request a fan to sleep up there. It was cold on the double bed downstairs and boiling on the two singles upstairs.
Rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels except on a Sunday

Views are lovely from the rooms
Close to the strip/ shops to walk to
Golf buggies to go up to rooms but there is steps to walk up & down which wasn’t a problem
Entertainment was ok

Just returned from Panorama Hotel, Sidari. Had a great week. Very clean and well kept grounds. Food was lovely always something for everyone in our party. To be honest the nicest all inclusive food I have had. Everything cooked lovely and well labelled. Some theme nights such as Indian, Chinese & Italian. Great variety. All staff were great and worked extremely hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Had an issue with the aircon in our room not working reported to reception and it was fixed within hours. I agree that the mezzanine rooms are spacious, a little dated, but clean. We had to ask for an extra fan to keep the upper level cool, again was delivered within hours of asking. Cleaners were polite, came in daily to change towels, make beds and provide toilet rolls.

Pool big, but very deep, I could only stand up in 1/2 of it and the children in our party (good swimmers so didn't need the baby pool) could not stand up at all in the pool. Like other reviews have said only pool I have been that has changed colour of swimwear, possibly due to over chlorination, but can't complain if it keeps the germs at bay.

Pool bar served drinks toasties, chips, nuggets, hot dogs and ice cream. And the lovely Eric with his crepes.

Animation team Martin, Jambo, and the girls were great. They worked hard to make our stay enjoyable, tried to get us joining in all their activities without being pushy. Really loved, aquagym, the quiz (we came 2nd!), and the comedy show. Some good laughs were had.

Some suggestions I could make is some updating of rooms to be a little more modern, though still functional, but basic.

Get rid of plastic cups for all inclusive and like I have had in other all inclusive use a sturdier plastic cup that you pay €2 for at the beginning of your stay. Everytime you have a drink a fresh cup is given, but you keep it with you. Then just return it for a refund of €2 at the end of your stay. Would be more environmentally friendly option, but people are a bit more responsible than leaving plastic cups everywhere.

Would definitely recommend only a short walk to the beach and strip with restaurants, shops and bars.

We had a weeks holiday here during the peak summer holidays.
The food was sublime, the best I’ve experienced in an all inclusive and it really is all inclusive including the day time chef/ proper ice creams etc which you don’t always get.
The rooms are basic but a good base, and clean. The only downside was that we had a fridge in the room- a bonus- but it was incredibly loud and humming all night!
The staff are second to none. From the moment we arrived in the middle of the night we were greeted with drinks, food in the room and a buggy to get us to the room with bags. I’ve never been to such a friendly hotel.
The animation team are lovely. My daughter had a great time with them all. They worked incredibly hard and we’re always so friendly and enthusiastic.
We were always able to find sun beds with a shade umbrella at any time of the day.
The kids pool is nice and shallow and kids and easily and safely let themselves in and out and play with others.
I don’t say this about hotels usually but I honestly would return in a heart beat. My daughter cried on the transfer home as she’d had such a great time. I highly recommend.

Absolutley loved our week as a family of four here. Nothing was too much for the staff, especially the animation team & the men that rode the buggies from the hotel reception up to the rooms.
Room was cleaned daily, the entire place from reception to pool to surrounding areas was spotless.
We can't think of a single thing to mark them down on.
Nice easy walk down one road to the beach, or you can walk a little further to the beach near canal d'amour which is absolutley stunning.
On the beach near the hotel you can hire a pedal boat for just €10 an hour which we pedalled out near the cove, well worth it!
One of the best holidays and hotels we have been on and will most definitley be back, really deserves more than the 3 stars they hold.

Thankyou to everyone at the hotel for a lovely stay.

We stayed here as a family of 6 over 2 rooms, I was a little skeptical after reading reviews as they were really mixed. The rooms were dated but were clean and spacious. We were in block 14 so we were up the hill, we walked up and down most of the time but the buggies are up and down all the time to take guests who don’t want to walk. It is a bit of a killer!
The pool is big so lots of room and the Animation team offer aqua gym, water polo and water volley daily which can get a little competitive haha. There were plenty of sun beds, we never struggled to find any. We did notice that some had been reserved early on and never saw the actual guests all day but I think you get that everywhere.
The staff at reception were always helpful from checking in to helping us when we had an issue with the shower, they sent someone up straight away and it was fixed quickly.
I want to give a massive shout out to the restaurant staff who were the quickest, friendliest people I’ve come across. They were always polite and helpful. They cleared and set tables so fast, we never waited for a table. The food was brilliant, the selection wasn’t as big as we had previously experienced in Spain but it was very much quality over quantity. My partner has always had an issue with all inclusive food being the same every day but here the food was different every day. He’s really hard to impress but he had nothing but good things to say about it, I’ve never seen him eat so much, he tried everything and went back for seconds.
The pool bar staff were also brilliant, again so polite and quick. The chef on the snack bar was lovely, the kids really enjoyed watching her make crepes.
The animation team work really hard as does everyone at the hotel, they try to get everyone engaged, from the mini disco to best couple. The fire show was really good and my partner enjoyed the comedy show.
Overall we were impressed with the hotel

Pros:
Clean hotel, pool areas and rooms were always cleaned and replenished with fresh towels.
Food was great, the only time we have done all inclusive was in 5* hotels so i was a bit apprehensive about a 3* however there were different themed nights and plenty of choice. Food areas were spotless and the food was fresh and tasty.
Most of the staff were friendly and polite, especially in the restaurant and a couple of the golf buggy drivers.
Golf buggies, these were a godsend up such a steep hill and you didn’t have to wait long for one.
Views were fab from our room in block 8.
Location was great, 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the bars, shops and restaurants.

Cons:
Room was a bit outdated, toilet leaked, patio door lock was busted. These could have been sorted however if we complained but we couldn’t be bothered moving rooms with two young kids after we unpacked so we just lived with it.
Entertainment was poor, kids mini disco wasn’t worth bothering with and the adult entertainment was a bit naff but to be fair that’s usually the case with any all inclusive hotel.

All in all we would definately visit again as the hotel was in a fab location and the food was great.
