I can agree to all remarks already writen here. Nice resort/hotel, but on some areas outdated and not modern. Especially the bathroom could use some renovation. Beds where separate with horrible matrasses on which you can feel the springs sticking through. Pool was clean an nice, deep and shallow both. Kitchen was avarage and acceptable. Al-inclusive arrangement was good. Staff is very nice, especially Eva and Nicolas. Area is surely interesting. We where in bad luck having much rain which spoiled our stay. Renting a car is then the best option to get out a bid. Roads are not well, but they will take you there. Most people speak at least Englisch, sometimes German. Guests came also often from Russia and Poland. All in all: value for money and as could be expected.

Smart, clean, modern hotel with good amenities and fantastic staff. Golf buggy rides to your room was a nice touch. Entertainment every night from a enthusiastic and friendly team, especially IVATS - you are a legend. Good wine, beer and food on the all inclusive. Dave & Karen
Just back yesterday from panorama hotel and had a good holiday dispite the worst rain and thunder storms I have ever seen. The rooms are set up the hill and give wonderful views and the room was massive with an upstairs, bare essentials in the kitchen space that is really just a mini fridge but no need for cooking or anything as this has been the best hotel for all inclusive food we have been to. There is a big hill but a constant lift to the rooms via a golf buggy type car. There was entertainment every night from bingo to mini disco and acts and the entertainment team are very good at what they do(big shout to the team,Macie says a big thank you)all the staff are very good and helpfull, the hotel is situated about 5mins walk to the centre of sidari. Once again if it wasn't for this hotel and staff our holiday would of been a complete waste Thank you animation team, K…
We arrived 20thseptember for 2weeks the check in was very good all done efficiently and quickly .I must say the receptionist were probably some of the best I have seen nothing to much trouble and always with a smile .we was then directed to our room nothing fancy but everything functional and spotlessly clean .once again I can't praise the housekeeping ladies enough .clean towels everyday and beds changed every other day .As mentioned in other post the accomodation is set on a hillside but was never a problem as there was buggies to take you to and from your room and once again by extremely professional and pleasant drivers .Now for probably the best bit the restaurant in all my years of all inclusive this the best ever lots of choices and hot and tasty and everything done in an absolute covid friendly environment whereby mask and gloves must be worn at all times and was robustly enforced by the restaurant manager If I could find fault anywhere it would be the plastic glasses at all times outdoors ican understand this in the daytime because of health and safety issues around the pool .I would also like to say that more attention to making the evening stage venue more inviting put maybe table cloths on tables and introduce waiter table service and maybe more intimate lighting to make the venue feel like a venue .To summarize an excellent holiday with fantastic staff in every department excellent food an spotlessly clean and a great animation team keep up the great standards you set for yourselves and without doubt we will be back and will highly recommend you to all our friends and family. A special mention for th restaurant manager on our last day we had an issue with our transfer back to the airport and he was so kind an considerate of our situation and hurriedly arranged a makeshift breakfast for us Thank you everyone at panorama Jimmy and Edith room 1305…
Myself and my wife stayed at your Hotel between 23rd Sept to the 4th Oct, we had a lovely stay, the room was good for everything we needed it for,the food was lovely and freshly cooked, all of the waiting staff were very friendly. The pool area was stunning although we chose to walk to the beach and Canal d mour most days as it has stunning views, their was a golf buggy that would take you to your rooms if required as it is a steeple hill to go up,their is a driver by the name if Nickoli we believe and he was a pleasure to see as he was always chirpy,we had an issue with a faulty hairdryer but it was resolved in 2 hours at the very most all in all Sidari its self is a totally gorgeous place to visit, all in all we had a lovely stay thanks very much to all the wonderful staff at The Panorama Hotel Sidari…
Just returned from a week holiday with my boyfriend. I was last at the panorama in 2014 as a group. Pretty much the same, not much has changed apart from there is buggies taking you up the hill rather than a bus and the pool toilets have been done out. FOOD: I remember the food being nicer with a bigger selection, I think that may be because I have a picky palate and was eating mainly the kids food which there was a lack of this holiday, possibly due to the school holidays ending. STAFF: As last time the staff were wonderful and friendly. The animation team, despite being a handful of kids all week were brilliant and engaging , always upbeat! Maids cleaned our room every day apart from Sunday. ROOM/POOL: I had a standard double room this time, very very basic and in needing of a renovation however due to the amount of rooms/apartments they have it would cost a fortune, despite this it has everything you need for a 3 star hotel. Beds very creaky and not a double but more 2 singles pushed together. Pool big, needs a clean. Kids pool green? Good amount of sun beds probably as it was less busier. Good view from apartments. LOADS OF MOZZIES AND WASPS SO TAKE REPELLENT. Transfer was about an hour from airport. Brilliant location, 10 mins from strip and canal d'amour. Overall I would recommend for a more budget friendly basic hotel in a great location with decent food selection and friendly staff. Avoid if not fit. Yes buggy going up to room but slight incline walking to the actual hotel from strip/beach.…
Arrived mid September. Apartments are very basic with a little creaky beds. The maid arrived every day with clean towels and kept the room spotless . Outside bar area, plentiful of drinks but all in plastic cups day and night . The customer service is excellent there, particularly from Maria and Bianca . There is entertainment most evenings but not on a large scale . The sunbeds are plentiful, however are extremely uncomfortable due to no cushion pads placed on the beds. The pool is passable but I never saw anyone clean it . I understand pool filters were in use but I could see the blue paint flaking off and floating around . The children’s pool was filthy with green algae water !!!! I took photos and complained even tho no children was on holiday with me . The day after the problem was rectified . Food was nice and a minimum selection to suit people’s tastes . The hotel is very local to the centre of sidari and is very basic . I wouldn’t usually choose a hotel less than 4star but during these unprecedented times I did as I gambled on the amount of money I was willing to lose if my holiday didn’t go ahead . All in all it was ok . Whatever you do bring mosquito repellent as everyone was bitten . I have never been bitten in my whole life and have travelled the world . I was bitten quite a lot here. I hope my review has helped future holiday makers .…
Great service but rooms must renovated! Bathrooms, beds etc not in a good condition! Would visit again if hotel renovated! Last thing it was the swimming pool… too dangerous for kids! Very deap swimming pool. Its scaring!
