After 10 days we are back home We are glad because we had a very nice holidays. The staff was ok. The food according to our expectations. Sidari gave us the change to enjoy ourselfs. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. We wish a nice winter to all

When we arrive to hotel they says, there is no rooms for us. We have been send to hotel in the middle of nowhere and later found it wasn’t just our group but a lot of different people as well. BTW It was Laguna Holiday Resort - very poor. After 3 days we comeback to original hotel. For 4 days no bed change, no towels change - nothing. Very poor alcoholic drink. Food - just ok. Never ever will give to this hotel 4*.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The staff went above and beyond looking after us. We arrived very late and the night manager found us sandwiches and opened up the tea and coffee machine making us feel very welcome. The food was great very fresh and tasty. Would definitely return again

Where do I start We arrived on the 9th of October. Fast check in and no hassle. Thank you annistaiasia. Rooney clean and tidy . We were told on what days the towel and bedding were changed . But if we wanted towels just to leave them in the shower . Staff were fantastic with the cleaning of the room . Thank you Plenty of choice of food for everyone s needs . Wine and beer on tap as well . Food really good nothing a problem if you needed anything . Staff polite and helpful. Thank you nickos you made our day with your friendliness. Pool bar plenty full. And the staff really helpful . Nothing to great taken care of and information of the area of where to go . Thank you mannios great help and now a friend . All in all I can't fault it . Tonight the 14th is Greek night but its been raining all day . Not the hotels fault they can't control the weather but controlled everything else with ease . We are here till the 16th and then it closes . They have been exceptional. Opening up after covid . Well done to everyone Made our stay fantastic. I don’t think this resort deserves some of the bad reviews it’s received as it made me scared to stay here but we had a nice enough stay. Great location and we had a lovely holiday overall. However, I agree there are definitely points for improvement. 1. The room. The rooms are not cleaned well or regularly and we found our room when it was cleaned was being done at the time when we wanted to get showered and changed for dinner so was kinda awkward timing. I want to say that I didn’t think the cleanliness was horrendous but 100% could be better and for a 4* hotel I’d expect the room to be cleaned with clean towels and sheets everyday this did not happen we only had our room cleaned twice during our 6 night stay and towels changed once, bedding not changed at all. The mattress is horrendous, I hardly slept all week because of this and it gave me quite a sore back and I’m in my 20s! - please look to change them! That being said the room was a good size with a lovely big balcony and ok bathroom/ decent shower. 2. The food. Ok so all inclusive food can be hit or miss and being a small hotel the options are more limited than that of a large hotel. Personally I didn’t find the food to my taste and as a vegetarian the option was often pasta or salad. There where occasionally other options but it was limited and a little repetitive - kinda normal for all inclusive I’ve found. The breakfast was the worst for me. Very limited options and poor quality in my opinion. The soft drinks were syrupy, coffee horrible, no fresh or cold milk, ice cream also too sweet we only ended up drinking the on tap larger and water! We found some really lovely food options in the town at a reasonable cost that made me wish we hadn’t paid for all inclusive. 100% recommend the Hive if you go to Sidari the food is amazing there! Also the small cafe by the pharmacy for breakfast was brilliant and the guys that run it are soo friendly. 3. The pool. The pool area and pools are nice, clean and peaceful. The biggest downside for us was the wasps but I think that’s more just time of year than anything the hotel did. Also I think with pretty much all the local beach bars offering free sun-loungers with big comfy cushions on if you bought a drink it felt like the hotel is kinda selling itself short here which is a shame because the pool area is nice just could be better - common theme here! This is a small all inclusive hotel in a great location close to the beach, walks and buses and yet very quiet at night. We had a ground floor junior suite which was modern, very clean and new and the terrace got the sun all day. The WiFi was fine for us, though faster by reception. The pool area looked very nice and there were always plenty of sun beds though we didn’t use them. At night, there was entertainment on 3 of the nights which was very good. The food we really enjoyed as it always included Greek dishes and the salads were lovely. The fresh fruit was very tasty too. Happy to say no pizza/chips etc but this doesn’t please everyone and we heard there were complaints. The drinks were fine-we liked the local house white wine but not the cocktails so much which were a bit samey. Most of the staff were VERY hardworking. Paul, the manager was constantly available, conscientious and the troubleshooter if there was a problem. Nikos single-handedly cleared tables at times and was thorough and efficient. The hotel does advertise housekeeping on 6 out of 7 days but this didn’t happen. From what we observed, there was possibly a staff shortage and the hotel would be better to offer less. It didn’t bother us but some people were very grumpy. Overall, this hotel is GREAT value (especially compared to others on the island). It is a small inclusive and can’t be expecting expected to offer everything for meals etc like bigger places. We would recommend to other budget travellers like ourselves.…

payed for a swim up pool with a none existing mini bar which was advertised as having room was very dirty and falling apart room was cleaned twice in 7 days only because we asked at reception food was absolutely shocking full of grease used the restaurant 2-3 times breakfast only (toast) spirits had fruit flys the gym is located next to the kitchen and staff room which was full of cigarettes smoke so we ended up off complex for food and drink which was already paid for in the all inclusive package we did speak to the manager who said all the right things yet nothing was sorted we don’t normally complain but this really was a nightmare holiday the location was spot on for bars and restaurants which is quite lucky for us

Good location and could be great but in my opinion it was a very disappointing experience. Hotel in a fantastic location with lots of local walks, bars, restaurants and entertainment. We were all inclusive-food greasy and cold which made it unappetising. Drinks ( non alcoholic and alcoholic ) poor. We chose to eat and drink out with hotel as we were on holiday and not in prison. Rooms a good size but not cleaned daily as stated. Even after speaking to reception staff (who said rooms were cleaned daily) this still did not happen. Bathroom dirty with foul smell coming from poor shower drainage ( we bought bleach ). Not enough sun beds during the day and nowhere to go to relax if weather poor. I would not return or recommend this hotel on an all inclusive basis to anyone.

What a disappointment, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The shower doors were frosted with water stains, black mould around the bottom of the doors, toilet hinges stained with urine, this filth had obviously been there for a long time. The cleaners idea of daily cleaning is to sweep the floor. The outside space was not swept any time we were there. When speaking with the manager, along with 2 other couples from the rooms either side of us, no offer of a room move or even a deep clean, we refused a cleaner and did it ourselves. We found a fruit platter n our room that evening, not an acceptable solution. I would suggest don't go if you expect cleanliness. This room had not been cleaned in a very long time
