Excellent hotel although 4 stars is optimistic. 3 at best. Good spacious rooms, decent shower ! and daily cleaning service. Food reasonable for all-inclusive, plenty of pork and chicken and a weekly beef dish which was really tasty. Beer was Mythos good strength and plenty of soft drinks on tap by the lovely pool. Plenty of good comfortable sun beds but could become crowded on busy days. Nice 10 minute stroll into Kassiopi for excellent bars/restaurants, but the beaches are stony and not suitable for children. Special praise for Nikos,Gina and the staff who work extremely hard to ensure your holiday is enjoyable, and were always friendly and helpful.

Room: We stayed as a couple in room 244B. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable but I guess that’s down to preference. Good water pressure for the shower which got warm quickly. The view from the quite large balcony was great. The only negative comment I have on the room is that there is no kettle (I like a coffee first thing in the morning). Location: Although there is a public road going through the resort it was not noisy. The beaches that look closest on the map were not great. Not very picturesque and very few amenities. It’s only a short 10 minute walk to the town of Kassiopi where you’ll find an abundance of restaurants on the high street and around the harbour. The beach in Kassiopi is only a 15-20 walk and that’s where we spent 4 days during our week stay here. It’s a lovely beach and has an excellent bar/restaurant. Food & drink: The food here is good and seems that it’s traditional Greek food. We ate breakfast here every morning and although it was always the same selection it didn’t bother me as there was plenty of choice. There was also plenty on offer for lunch and dinner. Me and my partner both liked the food very much although if you’re a bit fussy then maybe you won’t enjoy it as much as we did. The local beer on tap was great it’s tasty and not weak. Some of the soft drinks (mainly the cola) were not so good. Pool area: There are 4 pools in the resort although only two were open during our stay which was at the very end of the season and the hotel was not fully occupied. The main pool near the bar is a good size although not many sun beds. This was fine during our stay as there wasn’t as many guests as there would be normally although I suspect during the summer you may struggle to get a sun bed around the main pool. Staff: All of the members of staff were polite, friendly and always happy. The room was cleaned daily. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I wanted to leave a review on here as my partner and myself were slightly apprehensive about coming here after reading reviews on the old TripAdvisor page. I just want to say, don't bother looking at those reviews as this is a brilliant hotel. We booked our holiday through Tui, and we were put in a room as advertised on the Tui website (we we worried about what to expect from old reviews). Room was lovely and modern, and cleaned every day by the 2 lovely cleaning ladies. We paid for all inclusive, and everything that we had was fresh and very tasty. Even though the hotel was very quiet (probably due to being close to the end of the season and covid), there was always plenty of choice for all meals. We did end up eating out a lot though, but only because it had been so long since we had been away, so we wanted to make the most of it! The pool area was really good too and we always managed to get a sunbed, regardless of what time we went to the pool! The day beds are super comfy, I may have fallen asleep on them on more than one occasion! The hotel is located a 20 minute walk away from the main area of Kassiopi, which was not a problem at all for us. We enjoyed a nice stroll there and back whenever we went down there, which was a lot! There's a fab taverna just up from the hotel too (Mythos), we ate and drank there a few times, but I'll leave a separate review for that! Honestly can not fault this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, great food, fab location. We are looking forward to coming back another time in the not to distant future!

Arrived late on a Monday evening & check in was very quick & cases delivered to room. The hotel was very quiet due to Covid but couldn’t fault any of the staff especially Gina who looked after us the whole stay. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard Food could have been better this was the only fault of hotel. Good location about a 10 min walk to Kassiopi or 5 euros in a taxi. Little pebble beaches nearby.
