Hostal San Pedro is a well renovated hostal. Therefore, it is clean and feels modern. Checking in requires calling a posted number. The host is also a waitress at the restaurant about a half a block away and comes quickly. The room was comfortable and quiet -- with quiet being a challenge at many of the hostals where we stayed...

As with the other reviewers, we had to track down someone for access. She did come right of way and checked us in, took our money, and departed. Nobody else there-sort of creepy. Not exactly the friendliest town on the Camino, except for one bar/restaurant kitty-corner from the hotel. Gregarious host, makes his own sausage, and makes sure it gets...

If you are looking for a quiet bed for an overnight, this place was just fine. Dark, quiet staff, no services, but convenient to downtown restaurants and historic Iglesias. We enjoyed strolling through this quiet village and enjoyed a couple of the bars and restaurants as well as a visit to the nearby cathedral.

We stayed at this hostal for one night while doing the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is not manned all the time so we had to find the owner who immediately showed up after we got hold of her. She was very pleasant and showed us to our room and said that, if we wanted a meal, there was a...

We arrived here after a long days walk to find it closed, as in unattended. I pressed the call button at the front door, a lady answered in Spanish and within 5 minutes had dashed across the road let us in, and checked us in. The rooms were excellent, clean. The window opened onto the main road, but it was...

For the price it's not a steal but it is clean and ok. I'd walk 50m further for better options but I can't complain (45 euro for a clean double with private bathroom). No wifi in my room which sucks. The lady who works there is sometimes around but mostly smoking outside or running short errands. Room cards work erratically....

Very clean, great service, friendly and reasonable rates. Fifty euro for the night. Checked in about 3pm and departed at 10am. Super Wi-Fi in room and lobby. Used viber to call home and reception was perfect. Directly across the street from the old church. Although construction was ongoing, we didn't hear a thing with the window shut. It was chilly...

Great location directly on the Camino . I arrived late afternoon to find a woman sitting outside , she appeared to be expecting me , waiting for me . She took my details , gave me a card key for front door and my room . Then she left - that was the only and last member of staff I...
