This hotel was fine for one night on the Camino. The service was friendly. The room was quite small but fine. The breakfast was disappointing. It was located quite near the centre. Santo Domingo was one of my favourite places on the Camino.

On route Camino - Santiago. On arrival staff was helpful to secure cycle. Small family run hotel. New decoration, small rooms. Dinner and Breakfast was offered and basic local food. No AC in rooms, not sure how HOT it gets in middle of summer. Comfortable Stay @ Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Spain

Great hotel with charming rooms. I've stayed in other "higher" rated hotels and this was extremely better. I'm surprised they aren't considered at least a 2 star hotel. Only qualm at first was the lack of A/C, but the rest of the hotel was air conditioned and lead to the rooms being surprisingly cool. Had a great nights rest before...

This hotel was one of the best value hotels that we stayed in. It is very centrally located - only 30 steps from the bus stop. When we couldn't understand the timetable at the bus stop, our hosts at Hostal Pedro pulled out their timetable and sorted it out for us. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast, at...

We stayed here while walking the camino, it really is more than a hostel, it's very central, and Pacho the manager couldn't have been nicer and kind. We eat the best breakfast we had on our travels from Logrono to Burgos. A comfortable and worthy place to lay your head. I'd go back anytime

I loved staying at this hotel. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, it is probably a bit of a mix between a hostel and a hotel, but it was impeccably clean, bright and airy. The service from the owners was excellent, friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend dining in the in-house restaurant if it's an option....

Just outside of the historic area, the hotel is very well kept and looks recently renovated. The owners are very gracious and helpful. Nice bathroom and on June 2 they had the heat still pumping. Definitely welcomed after a four and a half hour walk. Only set backs are: it can get a little noisy in the room and it's...

We spent 2 nights here as we had planned a day's rest on the Camino. Booked half board with the tour operator but this was news to the management. Nevertheless they quickly agreed to provide us (4) with an evening meal both nights. (just us!). Lovely people and a very comfortable place. Close to the heart of the town. Great...

Right on the Camino . Family owned hostel in a wonderful community . Family is very nice and rooms are of great value. What a bargain! Breakfast is very nice before embarking on the Camino. We really enjoyed our stay here on the way to Santiago
