I'd agree with the sentiments of previous reviews. We stayed here for one night while on the Camino. The room was very average but generally clean and at a reasonable price. The staff at reception were very friendly. Would stay here again. We did not try the food so can't comment on that.

We stayed one night in July 2014. Nice treat on the Camino. Room was clean and beds great. Location was safe and we walked to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful . Close to restaurants. Would stay here again.

While hiking the Camino we stayed in this hotel. The room was roomy clean and comfortable. The location is across from the convent and close to all restaurants and tourist sites. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again.

Spent a night there on the Camino de Santiago. The best thing about it was the very friendly receptionist - it'd be a 3 if it wasn't for her. The rooms were okay, but not overly charming. They saved on the light bulbs which made the room a bit uncomfortable and there wasn't even enough light to read in bed.... More

My wife and I stayed here while walking the Camino. The Hotel is right on the Camino and is very easy to find. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Santo Domingo is a nice town but we didn't really get a chance to explore it as it rained for most of our short stay.... More

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though we experienced a language barrier. The hotel is located on the Camino de Santiago just as you enter the center of the old town. The price was the room was perfect.barrbarrier.

Three stars, no more no less, but very very dated. Convenient for Camino Pilgrims as it's exactly on the Camino and close to the catedral for sightseeing. My room had a bath with was a luxury during the pilgrimage. Request a room with a bath. There is a supermarket next door.

This hotel was very convenient for pilgrims on the Camino. I think it's the first hotel that you come to in Santo Domingo. Desk staff were very friendly and even spoke English which I found helpful. The beds were comfortable and the large bathtub was very welcome. My only complaint was that I had chosen the hotel for its free... More

As we are walking the Camino, when we saw this hotel , we were pleased. Nice lobby, very friendly staff. The rooms are generous in size but a bit tired. The carpet needs replacing but the room is very clean and the shower is great . We had a wonderful meal (pork and cod as mains), that everyone liked (6... More
