We stayed at the Christopher over NYE for 3 nights with our 8 month old baby. The property is gorgeous, but unfortunately the rooms are dying for a remodel. We were in room 202. The bathroom was incredibly old and had no proper door. If you have this room make sure you are very "comfortable" with whoever you are sharing it with as there is very little privacy. The room itself was large but the amenities were all a bit out of date. There was a speaker that would only work with the first model iphone. The furniture in the room should all be replaced. The door to the outside was chipped and didn't close properly. The phone in the room did not work properly. The prices they are charging for this old room are completely unjustified. On a positive note, the room was large with a lovely terrace and a sea view. Also, the Wi-fi was great! The hotel breakfast was very good. We had excellent egg dishes, wonderful yogurt, local breads and an incredible view. Lunch and dinner share the same menu. I would prefer a bit more variety. The food at the restaurant is very good but ridiculously priced. One small piece of mahi was 55 euros for lunch. Cheval Blanc has better prices! They have very few options for children, which was surprising as there are many children at this resort. The pool is beautiful but quite cold. Service at the pool was a bit slow. It was always difficult to find someone to bring you towels. I think they need more staff. The spa is fabulous and worth a visit no matter where you stay on the island. In the future, I would solely come to visit the spa.…
Olivier, the GM and his team have done such an extraordinary job at Le Christopher. My family and I spent a few days there and we could have not been treated any better. We stayed in Villa Pinta, walked to the breakfast room in the morning and then do a little “pool ritual” with the kids, to meet such a friendly and dedicated team. Kudos to Stephane, the Villa Butler who would always know where we were and where we were going next and make his subtle and professional appearance. Thank you!
My fiancé and I visited Christopher for the Thanksgiving holiday to plan our wedding this spring. It was an unforgettable vacation and we cannot wait to return! 270 degree views of the sea, perhaps the best spa on the island, and some of the most welcoming and friendly staff were only some of the highlights of this one of a kind hotel experience. We have traveled all over Europe and this is one of the best vacations we have had. So excited to get married there this may!
Our stay at the Christopher Hotel was exceptional! We were very lucky to travel before Covid-19 and be able to experience all services. We checked in at 3pm, Laetitia & Maud were very welcoming, professional & jolly. Laetitia escorted us to our room and my boyfriend was very surprised with the balloons that I arranged with the Concierge/Guest Services Team (for his 30th Birthday)! Thank you, it was perfect! + we liked the other attention (personalized note and Champagne). Our lazy moment at the pool was stunning (cocktail, sun, ocean view + lunch with sandy toes) . Our relaxing moment at the spa was the most epic time of our stay (couple massage, tropical bath, cocktail, shower with sunset - followed by personalized advice from our Spa therapists (Laura & Claire) about Sisley product. We had a beautiful table for dinner (amaziiiing view), food was very tasty! For all services, the personnel is really professional, nice and always with a smile and greetings, we loved it! We also met the General Manager - Olivier Leroy during check-out time, we will definitely recommend the Christopher Hotel to our friends & family. See you soon! Anais V…
The hotel is excelente. Very good food, excellent service. No beach. The sunset at The Christopher is único at SB. I recommend to have dinner, because it’s one of the best places in the island. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant.
