Lovely hotel in the Vosges, nicely refurbished in a lovely chalet style. Rooms were good quality and size. Beds very comfortable, Room was very quiet even though the hotel is on a (small) road junction (which is really silent during the night). Dinner was good - a menu for €32 was very good value and the trio of mouses for...

Outside of the city, beautiful small hotel all in wood. The decoration is doen with taste without going into kitch. The personnel is really doing their best to make the customer stay "agréable". I would recommend taking "démi-pension" as they are paying attention to the food served. What I liked is that the kitchen is visible from the restaurant giving...

Homecoming feel, charm, lots of charm in decoration and mountain history. The road nearby shows the recreation essence of the Vosges region but does not disturb. Lovely room, comfortable to mountain life standards, outdoor is where you should be. Good restaurant with local produce in every meal of the day. Definitive comeback this winter.

Nice , clean hotel , which need perhaps some improvements ( small batch room , quite noisy , some more information about possible trips , walks would be advisable ) . Friendly service . Superb environment . Fantastic dinner .

It is worth suffering through the excruciatingly slow and inept service to enjoy the food in this restaurant. We had the lobster and asparagus cappuccino which was amazing as was the lightly smoked tuna with a asparagus. Had to ask for salt and pepper twice. Service attention was horrible. Two hours for lunch is unacceptable.

We recently stayed two nights at Le Collet, and I think it's one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Unfortunately I was ill for 24 hours during my stay so I missed out on eating an evening meal there but I did have lunch and it was very, very good. My wife and friends reported back that the...

Dear Olivier, It was a real pleasure staying at the Collet. Your hospitality is remarkable and the food absolutely delicious - once again! First time that we stayed with you, but will be back. The décor of the restaurant is even nicer than the rooms. Keep up the good work! Christiana & Blake

We arrived on foot through a heavy thunderstorm and found the welcome friendly and efficient. Our room was small but adequate, in ski chalet style. It had good drying facilities for two very wet walkers. There was a modern bathroom with the shower in the bath, with no screen. The bar/dining area was attractive and a good place for a...

We only had lunch there in the very pleasant restaurant so we never stayed there. It is however a very good eating option when driving the "Route the Cretes". There are many menues to choose from but we had a small "mountain menue" consisting of Boudin Noir followed by a dessert. This was very nice. You dont get Boudin Noir...

Expensive but quiet. Rooms in need of update - poor ventilation and old beds and bedding. Bathroom very poor indeed, basin badly cracked and small bath, shower not available. Restaurant has Michelin rating. We were on half pension and the menu had no choice at all. We had to sit on a table closely adjoining another couple, giving no privacy...
