We stayed at this hotel for 19 days. Great location, We had a room near the main pool. The service was really great. Beautiful view and the staff really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic massages on the beach. We were there over the Pabuk cyclone and the staff

I have always wanted to stay here whenever i get to Koh Samui as they have had great reviews, and not only that the location is perfect where it is in Chaweng beach, but away from the hustle and bustle of the party scene in Ark Bar. Rather old establishment, but overall great

First of all the room smelled like sewer and mold every day. The bed was really hard. Our family woke up every night to noisy neighbors because the glass wall lets all noise through. we went to another hotel in koh phangan for 3 nights and it was perfect. When we came back we

Stayed here for one night in September as a bit of a treat to myself after travelling and staying in hostels. When I got to the hotel, they told me that they had overbooked so they upgraded me to one of their beach front ‘villa suites’. It was very lovely, with petals and

Al’s is right on the beach and has plenty of sunbeds and places to sit. It has 2 pools, both clean and tidy. The grounds are kept neat and tidy too. Restaurant food was good and in the evenings you can eat on the beach. The staff are lovely; being a solo traveller they were

No, and all these standard and deluxe are pretty basic and quite dated. But it’s still a great place to stay in an excellent location. The suites are a lot better but more expensive

Our room, courtyard Deluxe, was little bit old, I think on furniture, but ok, beds and bathroom ok. Only aircon very noisy. Have a nice day.

Guys, In general, the temperature will be perfect at around 32C per day. You WILL get rain, but it's not bad rain. Sometimes it's once a day in August, but it's still no problem. Just make sure you're not taking long motorcycle trips where there are no bars/shops/restaurants to stop at or you'll get wet. If you're anywhere near your own accommodations (like Al's) you're great. Just have a drink or snack or cold coffee. The rain passes quickly and the air is cleaner. Embrace it! DRC

When we stayed there at Christmas we were very disappointed in the accommodation and I think you could find better! Staff were very unobliging when we requested changes and wanted to charge exhorbitant fees to do so! If they havent addressed any of the issues on this site Id say they havent done anything!

Im just a frequent guest, but a answer for no. 1; this is "city center". 22 meters behind the hotel. Will say it starts at Central Festival over the street from this hotel. Ark Bar is 222 meters up the beach. Just far enough so you dont hear the noice. Børge, Norway
