We stayed with friends in the deluxe villas, everything was perfect. The staff, the breakfast, the rooms and the area. We walked along the beach every day to the centre of the resort, and it was far enough away from the action , so that it was very quiet. Lots of excellent reasonable resturants, and massage opportunities, who were all lovely and professional. We are not quite elderly, but do not enjoy the music from the nightclubs, so this resort was perfect for us.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The reception service is very keen to help and will send housekeeping within minutes every time you call for anything. The room is very clean and mini bar well stocked. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept with great ponds with koi carps and tranquil fountains. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of foods from around the world. Staff are very attentive and always smiling. The Olivio restaurant serves good quality food whether is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pool area is well kept by the lovely Oh (pool staff) who is always cleaning and asking if you would like a drink or something for lunch. They also clean the beach that is attached to the hotel. This is noticeable as other hotels along the beach do not do this. Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough so you don’t feel to secluded. All in all a perfect stay.

This was our 4th 2 week visit to this Resort. Again the staff looked after us brilliantly. We were given an upgrade upon arrival following a free airport transfer to hotel. There are only positive things to say about this hotel and it’s staff. Breakfast is great. Plenty of fresh choices for all Nationalities set amongst a gorgeous location. Drinks are 2-4-1 from 12pm to 6pm with a great selection on Cocktails, Wines and Beers. The staff come to you by the pool or on the beach so you don’t even have to move. The Staff. WOW, what to say. The staff are the reason we return each year to this Resort. They can’t do enough for you at all times. From the guys who collect you from the airport and take bags to your room onto the lovely girls on reception. Then you have the lovely ladies who make your room spotless each and every day. Each day from early morning to late evenings you have the guys making the grounds simply gorgeous. Tropical plants/trees along with the ponds with amazing looking fish. Finally, you have Oh and his team at the pool and the restaurant. They literally bend over backwards to make each day of your visit as special as it can be. I cannot wait to hopefully return to this resort in 2021. I can’t recommend this place anymore to anyone. You won’t regret it. THANK YOU to all the staff.

This is a lovely resort. It is small, but the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay! When the tide is out-the beach and water is warm and crystal clear. When it is high tide, you will have to walk through a neighboring resort to get beach access. This is normal and is not frowned upon at all. The location is quiet, but you can easily walk just 5-10 minutes up the beach and find lots of activity, massages, beach bars/restaurants. We've traveled the world and this was one of our most favorite destinations ever!

The way you want to arrive at a hotel, greeted with a smile, drink and cold towel.
Entrance is fabulous and the short walk down to the sea front and pool is beautiful. The water features and sublime, as much as a little noisy from 10am to 6pm with the room overlooking them.
That leads us on to the room, lovely large room with balcony and great to have beach towels and a bag provided.
The jacuzzi bath is large and little old looking but as with parts of the room, some things have weathered and it prob needs a little tlc, but with a gigantic bed and aircon, its a great retreat.
The downside is that our room was an adjoining room and we could hear everything next door and I mean everything. Which is a shame as not what we wanted to hear while trying to sleep.
The other distraction and there is a theme, is the animal with the large mating call that went on throughout the night.
The sea is beautiful and the pool area is lovey. The perfect relaxing spot and with the small private beach and great waiting staff (yes Oh was great and attentive when required) its the perfect place to catch some rays or dip in the warm sea or colder pool.
Its a good 15 min walk to the centre and quite a few restaurants once you come out of the hotel. The jeeps beeping are happy to taxis you in and we paid 100baht each. Prob a little overpriced but its fine.
Id recommend the hotel but the room next door spoilt it somewhat and the mosquitos loved out skin, we certainly had our fair share of bites. Overall its a good hotel with staff and amenities that are good.

So , we paid extra for a villa with our own pool , but they were re- furbishimg the rooms behind us - drills, saws and hammering all day and the workmen overlooked our pool balcony area in part . Reception and manager blamed covid and they had to do this work . It was very intrusive and not what you expect especially when you have paid extra as well . We asked if the6 could give us a couple of hours peace in the afternoon but no luck ! The Italian chef for their Olivio restaurant also has not been there since Covid , and food was very ordinary so we ate at other places every night instead . Also devoid of any atmosphere in the evening especially compared to others . BUT ….it does have probably the best beachfront location in our opinion, along the whole of the Chaweng beach , simply stunning when the tide is out, and that is the main reason to stay here . The staff , especially Namsai in the restaurant , are really lovely , the manager however needs some training on dealing and resolving customer complaints . It is an attractive hotel with lots of traditional features , lovely pool and outlook , great location and at the quieter end of Chaweng but still a fairly short walk along road , down to centre or along beach when tide out . They did say they are going to continue to re furb all of the hotel including rooms, reception etc so maybe check this before booking . There are some really simple easy actions they could do to improve things but overall I would still recommend here for the location apart from anything else .

My partner and I stayed here for 14 nights over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could not fault the hotel at all from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
Our room was exactly as described, exceptionally clean and had lots of lovely little touches like a free fruit plate, a newspaper every day, a Christmas stocking and plenty of bottled water to keep us going. They also provided beach towels and a beach bag if needed.
Probably the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was clear that they really wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Over Christmas the staff went above and beyond with a lovely dinner on Christmas Eve where the staff prepared entertainment, Santa was at breakfast distributing sweets and as said they left us a small Christmas present.
The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and made sure breakfast was enjoyable every day Thip who we saw almost ever day was always keen to make sure we were having a good time and always remembered what our drinks orders were for breakfast.
If you want a lovely hotel that’s close enough to all the action but far enough away to give peace and tranquility then this hotel is for you. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back 😎😁

The resort is located at Chaweng beach which is the most beautiful beach in Samui. We stayed at the resort during the first weekend of November 2020. The white sand and warm ocean is faborious. The resort's Italian restaurant named Olivio is very delicious.

First time to Ko Samui. We were really excited about the reviews, pics and location of this hotel and for the most part, it met our expectations. We booked the executive pool villa for four nights, and we loved the layout and our private pool. The room is a bit tired looking and could use some refurbishing, but in general a really nice layout and very private. The staff was friendly, and we especially enjoyed Tony who arranged our transportation. The breakfast that was included in our stay was small but good, and we enjoyed one lunch at the restaurant. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the main pool just because we like the privacy of our plunge pool, but it was pretty and clean. The tide was very high for our whole stay so it was difficult to walk along the beach. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance and central Chaweng was about 200 baht by taxi.

We chose this hotel to be the first hotel when we arrive in Samui, due to its location close to the airport. And its location on Chaweng beach is also perfect, as it's at one end of the beach, away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to get to town, even on foot. The staff is very friendly and you can see that it has a careful management. I recommend this hotel without any reservations! As a recommendation, so that this review brings some added value, I believe that they should improve the dynamics of the restaurant, make it more cozy, extending its opening hours until later to serve cocktails and as a socializing area. Note: one night we had a neighbor in the next room who made too much noise, but it's not the hotel's fault, people should be more civilized and respect the sleep of other hotel guests!

This hotel is very quiet. It sits on a sea wall with a small sliver of beach when the tide is out. If the tide is in, you will not have direct beach access. In that case, you simply access the beach at the resort next door. We walked to Chaweng via the beach every morning for exercise and every evening for dinner. It would be a 20-30 minute walk depending how far up the beach you go. Alternatively, you just go up to the main road (out the front door of the hotel) and catch a Songthaew (pick up truck/taxi w benches in the back) for a 5 minute ride into town-super cheap. Enjoy-my most favorite trip ever was Ko-Samui!
