Stayed for 6 nights here. Location at Northern end of chaweng - great if you want to be out of the madness of the main stretch but still close enough to easily walk there. Rooms are bungalow style and fairly basic but clean and functional. Our bathroom was not great - shower desperately in need of repair. Pool was small...

Odd place. Bit like teletubby land and bungalows like a Flinstones cave! Food good, staff friendly, very clean and good service. Great for groups, couples, families but not such good value for single traveller. If I'd known, would have gone for the more luxury end of the market

On arrival we were shown straight to our room, were told how to use safe and all the facilities, our aircon didn't work properly but was soon sorted as it was far too hot to sleep without it. We had bottled water every day, towels were changed every day bedding every other and pillow slips every day, rooms were cleaned...

On arrival in Koh Samui I felt a little disappointed as Koh Saumui was allot more commercial that I expected. When we arrived at Chalala the shower didn't work in the room and overwall I taught the place was just ok. Once I mentioned the shower problem to reception I realized how friendly and helpful the staff were and a...

The only reason you want to stay here is staff and money. Accommodation is a little better than average but still comfortable. Rooms are clean but there is that damp smell in the room. Only minus was that there was a gap in the window and every night I had to get rid of a lizard who would enter the...

Good looking resort and very cheap for what you get. Rooms are very clean and spacious. A little far from the center and nightlife, however suitable for single, for group of friends or families. Reception is warm.

When we booked we understood that this would be a budget family holiday. The location was ideal, just a quick ride into the main part of Chaweng on a scooter (available for hire at the resort), and only took about 30 minutes with 3 very young kids in tow to walk. The rooms are totally made from concrete - even...

Considering room price this resort was one of the best places I have stayed in 10 plus travelled countries over the last 5 years. Reception and restaurant staff all were very efficient and cooperative. Bangalow units were nicely maintained. Pool was large enough and maintained cleanly without chemicals. Beach was just steps away. The restaurant has the best food/drinks which...

Only downside is the sea directly outside hotel is extremely shallow and not as clear as further along beach and no sun beds on beach but can walk 20 secs down beach for free Sun beds...
