Stayed here for a few nights before moving on to Phuket. A very good sized room and always cleaned to a high standard. Shower was brilliant too. The location is excellent toward the quieter part of Chaweng and virtually a skip, hop and jump away from the beach. I was able to access the beach via the sister hotel Blue Lagoon and also able to use the Blue Lagoon’s sunbeds and the fitness centre too. The Teak Samui swimming pool is intimidating and an Olympic Size but once you are in its great. Not too many other visitors around and a couple of blocks closed down. Breakfast is dire and not worth the additional cost. Better off paying for it outside. All in all not too disappointed- I was able to enjoy Koh Samui and the trips I had organised for myself from a central base.

As what other travelers has mentioned, this place looks like a ghost town. But hey, you pay for what you get. We got a pretty good deal staying in this hotel and eventhough there isn't any people staying at this huge hotel but that doesn't stop us from enjoying Koh Samui. 1. The location was great, nestle in the quiet area although it is quite of a walk from the hotel the main attraction but most importantly it's quiet from all the noise in Chaweng. 2. The beds were huge and comfortable and the room was spacious. The water pressure in the shower was strong but the only thing that bugs us is that there is no place to hang our towels in the shower room. 3. The WiFi was so so but we had our own local sim so it's fine. 4. We didn't bother watching the TV cause we were already tired from our day. 5. We had clean towels everyday and the room was properly cleaned so no complaints on that 6. And yes there is no free breakfast and restaurant on the hotel itself but that's fine for us cause we're always awake during brunch time and it's really okay for us cause you pay for what you get. 7. We are allow to enjoy the facilities of the sister hotel call Blue Lagoon Hotel so I think it's worth the bucks. Overall, if you do not mind having this place just a shelter, good night sleep. I'd recommend staying. Since we are able to access Blue Lagoon's beach facilities.

The saying is for real. This place was a ghost town. No restaurant/bar on site (its across the street at their sister location Blue Lagoon). The reception staff isn’t permanent (I guess they go between the two hotels). The room was fine, but the shower only had scalding hot water. I wanted a cool shower in the sweaty Thai heat. Felt really uneasy. I checked out after 10-15 minutes and kissed my 1,500 baht goodbye.

The hotel reception is lovely along with the staff. The exterior of the hotel looks unfinished but the rooms are spacious & clean. WiFi is not the best, also there is nothing SMART about the TV, news only & could not connect to the internet. The pool is huge & was empty for most of our stay. The restaurant was closed for most of the 2nd week but there is a good selection available. The location is great not far to walk to local amenities.

Hotel still looks like it’s under renovation, beds were comfortable, good location, no bar, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, good shower, nice staff, good price but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
