Spent three nights in this marvelous hotel which is an old castle belonging to 1800 period. Excellent service both in the morning and during the day of lodging. All personnel is very professional. The location is outstanding and in a very peaceful place. I strongly suggest the half board because the choice a la carte of the menu in the...

We have been before to this beautiful and tranquil hotel, set in what seems to be a forest on an island in the river Risle. The staff really do make guests feel very welcome. Our room was lovely, the food was really superb and the spa and swimming pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. We were...

A quirky hotel. Words like 'Norman Bates' or faded glory comes to mind but we found it charming. A lovely oasis and respite from driving to Calais from the South of France. The staff especially the owner and proprietress were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for a short stay.

What a wonderful find for a (long) weekend away! Poised, as its name suggests, on a verdant island in the Risle (a minor tributary of the Seine that joins the main stream near the mouth at Le Havre), this centuries-old mansion was apparently built by the owner of an impressive old mill, just slightly upstream, that took its power from...

This place is located very nice but it is really faded glory. Everything needs renovation. The rooms are old fashioned. No elevator available. No climatisation. The restaurant pretends " gourmet dinner" but this ridiculous. We returned most of the plates. Although the waiter did his best to compensate us, this could not take away the general impression. Prices are ridiculous...

Food was excellent and our room was in the orangery so we could directly access to the wonderful gardens for our dog. Our dog was welcome everywhere there was no...
