We stayed in this hotel for two nights.
Positives: clean, friendly staff and lovely food.
Negatives: phoned reception twice with no reply. Rang bell downstairs and no one came so had to find someone. Carpark pitch black at night and no light
This place is off the beaten track but is worth seeking out for its character.

Stayed here for two nights and although the room didn't look like it did on website it was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is out of the way but a hidden gem for lunch. We visit on the way to the Lady Heyes centre. Good, home-cooked food and friendly service in a magnificent traditional dining room with Rennie Mackintosh windows.
