What a nice hotel and excellent dinner. We hope to come back soon. The hotel can only be accessed by car, but if you have a car, the neighborhood is great to explore. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated (despite info on website) and it was too cold for a swim. But, we will come back again for sure.

Just stayed one night and only had dinner - so not the most exhaustive review of course. Overall a very positive experience with no complaints at all about the room which was bright, airy, well equipped and clean - but with oddly small shower in the vast bathroom. Good location for a tour of the Drome or en route to...

We booked through Booking.com and our request for a downstairs room was totally ignored either by them or by the hotel. We have an old, arthritic Flatcoated retriever, so we're very surprised to find we were on the first floor, overlooking the car park and staff accommodation. The room we certainly didn't rate as a room de charme. It was...

We stay there 1night for a weekend. The hotel is very charming in a beautiful scenery. We book a superior room and jt was very nice and large. Breakfast is a buffet with good quality products. Large modern rooms which is a miracle for France, swimming pool, good restaurant with excellent food, proper wine list and reasonably priced. All round this place is a great place. Going back. Could spend a day or two here. Wild garden for sunbathing too.

Le Moulin de Valaurie is located at the end of a road, just outside of the town of Valaurie. It is the essence of what I would describe as a relais de silence. The rooms are decorated in muted provençal tones, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the landscape surrounding the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold to...

been many times, excellent hotel, however preferable to stay in main hotel rooms, much larger. Appears quite a lot of development intended, hopefully will not spoil the tranquility and atmosphere of the place

The relais de silence in Drome is a mas, beautifully renovated, well run, with an enormous field, olive and oak orchard, apple trees, massive potager, pétanque and tennis courts, pool, a very good restaurant and the promised silence. The roar of the bees extracting the last of summer and some mysterious bird squawking in the pond were all that we...

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant is superb. My partner is vegetarian and the chef produced different meals with the local vegetable produce each time we ate. The outdoor pool is great as are the surrounding gardens and terrace area. Our room was...

Knowing the last comments on tripadvisor we tried the restaurant between friends. It was absolutely awesome and really cheap. Food especially meat was splendid. Local wines are perfect and cheap. We could visit the domain thanks to the (obliging) director, It was like a piece of a year in Provence! Moreover it was very quiet (relais du silence) this establishment...
