O where should I start. This place will do whatever it can to make you feel uncomfortable and squeeze a few more Euros out of you. They extra charge for EVERYTHING - you want bath robes - pay 25 € a week, want extra towels - you won't get any because they know you'll take them to the spa, and that is what the bath robes are for. The mini bar is not connected to electricity so you can't buy beers or whatever outside. Want it connected - must buy a mibi bar package for 16 € which includes a beer, juice and a bag of chips. Want a tea kettle- pay 10 € a week, and 1 € for every tea bag. Want a coffee machine - pay 20 € a week and an extra 1.3 € for every capsule. They are so cheap and stingy, that they limit the room heating to 23 Celsius and it take a lot to persuade them to take it up to 25. Sometimes you don't have hot water during the night and the front desk closes at 22:00 so you got no one to help you. They also don't supply the luxury soaps that they present in the pictures, rather than plain cheap shampoo bags (and only shampoo, no lotion ot body wash). The breakfast is also pretty light, and it takes them an hour to do re-fills (if at all). Sometimes they even put a day old cold hard boiled eggs. Dinner is not much better- very small portions and grunts when you ask for more. Last thing - the hotel is uphill with no steps with very difficult access, specially for elderly or disabled people. Bottom line - stay away.

We had the pleasure of staying at this perfect hotel and meeting Paolo during our ski trip to the Sella Ronda. Cozy and spotless rooms, great indoor and outdoor spa and amazing breakfast. less than 5 minute walk to the Col Rodella when you use the shortcut between the hotels. Would definitely stay there when back to Campitello.

Average hotel - we came for ski and that’s seamed to be the best place in town. The location is ok close to the center but you need to climb to get to the hotel. Clean and comfortable but feel like hostel. Probably that’s what one can get hear.

Stayed here with my family and family friends while skiing. Paolo, the owner and manager is one of the sweetest men I have ever met. Balancing his busy job and a family at home, he does an outstanding job of taking attentive care of his guests and going above and beyond. Paolo noted from my passport that my birthday was going to occur during my stay, so he threw my family friends and I a party with complimentary champagne and snacks - it was absolutely beautiful! We then dined in the restaurant where he brought out so much complimentary food and desserts. He also surprised me with a gift in the morning! The rooms are very spacious, newly renovated, and modern looking - rare in Campitello! Everything functioning well and exceptionally comfortable. Wifi works quickly. The wellness centre and spa has very advanced facilities too. The apperitivo snacks Paolo puts out in early evening are wonderful!! Plates of divine charcuterie, eggplant parmigiana pots, burrata pots, pizza and more! The drinks are all served in super large glasses as well to help you “super” relax after a day of skiing 😜. The buffet breakfast is also quite possibly one of the best I’ve ever been to. An impossibly large selection of sweets, fresh breads, fruits, vegetables, classic breakfast food, charcuterie, cheese and so much more! We also loved dining in the restaurant for dinner because Paolo made us feel so at home! All of the staff were so lovely and helpful despite their struggles to sometimes understand our English. I would love to go back to Campitello just to stay here - the best skiing accomodation I have ever stayed in! Thank you, Paolo!
