We were three young lads from London looking for an adventure in the wilderness. Denis and Ann were the warmest hosts and two of the best people I've ever met. We literally could not have asked for more. Incredible attention to detail and a laid back approach - the ultimate stay. I've been up Snowdon several times and was looking...

We stayed with Ann and Denis while going to Festival Number 6 this September. Excellent accommodation, clean room, quiet in the house and great hosts. Will certainly stay again some time. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Tal-y-bont for three nights in July, and had such a super few days. Dennis and Ann were fabulous hosts who could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Walks, maps, pubs, gardens, Dennis was happy to pass on his knowledge.Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean, and had amazing views. All the...

We booked a room for 1 night at the end of July after a Snowdon climb. Ann and Denis were lovely hosts, fed us wine, cheese and beer whilst we sat there and enjoyed the incredible Welsh views! Room was very spacious with a comfy bed and views that looked out onto fields full of sheep! Quick stay was finished...

We booked our room via email and stayed for 2 nights in July. We arrived ( 1 x adult 2 x children ) and were warmly greeted by Dennis and Anne. Both could not do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We had the family room (sleeps 4) with en-suite. It was spotless! Tea, coffee, water etc. all...

Ann and Dennis provided a very warm welcome to us on arrival at Tal-y-bont last Friday, which had been booked as a surprise for my birthday, as a base for us to explore the local area and for me to launch myself into the wild blue yonder on Zip World Titan! We stayed in 'Bant', which was very spacious, with...

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary and it was definitely a good decision. Ann and Dennis made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble - even finding a particular pillow for a neck problem. Breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of choice with lovely views from the dining room. Can't recommend...

I stayed with my two teenage children for one night as we were going to Zip World - which is nearby. It is very easy to find and Dennis and Ann are fantastic hosts. The location is superb, easy to find off the road but once there you feel a world away from everything. Lovely flagstone hall with woodburner and...
