The hotel is like a home away from home, very good size rooms for Japan, and all the facilities you need for a great holiday. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast is great and evening meals reasonably priced. The location is away from the lifts but a reliable bus service is provided for free as well as some bus transport to the...

We were very comfortable and found that the staff were always available to help. The in-house bar was a nice spot to enjoy a drink after a day's skiing, and the hotel's onsens...

Small internal & external onsen. Offered a huge selection breakfast. Comfortable communal area with SKY tv with free wifi. The location is very poor & your stuck...

The single beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms well heated. Staff extremely helpful albeit most struggle with english. Vending machine ran out of coke and remained empty for 3 days. Restaurant was just satisfactory. We ordered, but meal took for ever to arrive and not what was expected. Breakfast was highlight of stay.

“This hotel does not have any lift and if you are to live on the second floor of the hotel, you have to carry you baggages yourself up the stairs. Also , the stairs inside rooms leading to the bedrooms are quite narrow and steep which children may slip down and get hurt !”
