Very impressed! Wasn’t expecting much from this complex, but was pleasantly surprised. The complex and studios were very clean with excellent air conditioning. Staff very friendly and always made the effort to say hello when you walked through reception. Big shout out to Alicja who went out of her way to sort out our transfer home when the company failed to get in touch, she is definitely a credit to the company. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Ibiza!

Best part about this hotel is the location. 5 min walk from Port Des Torrent beach & a waterpark. Lots of shops around the corner, bus stop just outside the hotel. Cost us €10 in a taxi to the bay where Cafe Mambo is etc. The staff in the hotel were very accommodating, especially during check out you can leave your bags in a locked CCTV room, which has weighing scales (very helpful). You can also use the gym showers once you’ve checked out. However, the rooms don’t really look as good as the pictures make out. The bathrooms need revamping, we had an issue with our toilet not flushing. The rooms need a bit of TLC but the cleaners cleaned them everyday so they were never dirty. Not much to do in the hotel, there’s a gym but the equipment is quite old. Pool was clean but small so people don’t really spend much time in it. The staff were very friendly/accommodating. We’d stay again due to the great location, we’d just like to see the rooms revamped. Would recommend Kumharas as a lovely sunset bar which isn’t as expensive as the ones on the bay. Alma Beach Club is a lovely sunset restaurant on the beach. The waterpark is called Sirenis Aquagames is a 5 min walk from the hotel.…

me and my partner stayed here from 7th-10th for a short trip away for his 25th birthday and it definitely exceeded our expectations! as soon as we arrived at the hotel we checked straight in and headed to our room, which was very spacious, well air conditioned and clean! we didn’t stay in there long as we headed straight out to amnesia! the reception staff booked us a taxi which arrived very quickly considering all the horror stories we’ve heard about taxis in ibiza this year! the next morning was my partners birthday so we went and explored, got some food from a local british cafe and then headed to ibiza rocks! when we arrived back at the hotel, a member of staff knocked on our door and handed my partner a bottle of sparkling wine, a little pack of sweets and a little note that said happy birthday! we didn’t tell them it was his birthday but they were clearly observant which was so nice of them! we spent the next day in the pool, which was lovely, the pool wasn’t freezing cold either! the bar had a wide variety of food and drinks which was handy! the day of check out, the receptionist advised us our transfer would be a little late which again was handy!! i would definitely recommend staying here and i would love to come back next year if it wasn’t booked up!…

The hotel was lovely - exactly as pictured and good value for money. Yes it's far out from the main party strip but if you're looking an escape from the madness but with the option to still venture in this is perfect. Also the water taxi down the side of the nearby 5 star spa hotel (I forget the hotel name) was so handy for this! Don't try to walk to/from town - I learnt the hard way and ended up with feet covered in blisters! Big shout out to the bar tender Domi who always greeted us with a smile and was SO hard working. Despite the language barrier he always managed to have a conversation with us and made us feel at home. The resident cats at the Hotel were lovely too. Would recommend for sure!

Me and my friend were one day on Ibiza and we found this hotel because it was cheap and we booked it the same day. The check in is at 2 so we had to wait we went eating. when we return they didnt receved the conformation that we paied the hotel, so we had to wait but they didnt send us out they sad we can wait in the lobby or go to the pool or to the fitness area and spend some time there after they got the confirmation they infomed us and we got our Aparment /Hotel. A amazing Aparment with 3 beds a fridg and a loong balcony. The hotel stuff is very nice they let us even after check out to use the pool and fitness area. I only can recomand it

My first impression of the hotel was slighly off putting due to the age of the facility. There was a bit of a mix up with rooms but the staff sorted it out for me with no further problems. The receptionist, Andra, was ever so helpful in resolving all of my problems. The receptionist is your first stop and experience so the fact that she was such a wonderful problem solver and was extremely friendly made a world of a difference for me and my friends to having a perfect start to our trip. Not only that but our bedding was a bit christened and the staff immediately traded it all out for us with enthusiasm. The swiftness of the staff made it possible for us to stay on our tight schedule since we had so much planned in only a few days.

Me and my family stayed here and we had a very pleasant vacation time. The room was tidy and had an exceptional view. We had one of the best vacations - the clean room, the view, were just some reasons, but the best one was the helpful and great staff as never seen before. The bar and reception staff were great, especially Andra, who helped us a lot, listening to our problems and giving out direction's and telling us great places to go (club's, pub's and a good, remote side of the beach). We are very thankful for meeting such nice people as her and of course, the other staff employees. I highly recommend the location, it deserves all the money!

Shame on you and Jet2.I stayed with you in July in a dangerous room.First night, the glass shower door came off its hinges as it wasn’t secured at the bottom ( no rail!)It shattered all over me leaving me with hundreds of glass cuts and shards in my head and body.No phone to call reception despite being told at check in there would be and could only get out of the shower by spreading towels over the glass on the floor. Called from my phone and they sent a technician with a liaison of plasters and cleaning solution.They were more bothered about the other room which had same type of door.The next morning, I asked to see the manager (Roxannna Jeder ) thinking they would have come to see me if I was OK and was told to go to reception to speak her.Leo from Jet2 I have to say was very helpful demanded she came to my room.She was down right rude and couldn’t care less.We we’re both appalled at her attitude.She didn’t know if any of her staff had first aid training as I questioned why they sent a male technician to see me. Since my ret I have sent numerous emails and telephoned Jet2 for the last month and been told there is a delay on any enquiries so just keep calling back.I now have permanent scars and still picking minute pieces of glass out of my skin. NOBODY CARES THAT THEYHAVE PUT ME IN AN EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS ,DANGEROUS SITUATION CAUSING PERMANENT SCARRING,…

Appreciated Wendy, From behalf of the hotel, we already apologized with you right here in the hotel and I apologize again and we are very sorry for the situation. And as you well know, all this situation is being managed by the Insurance Company. Anyway, I want to take advantage and inform all possible guests that the shower doors are all secure, and there are only 4 rooms with this tipe of shower doors.
