We had booked 2 rooms here at least 6 months before our planned arrival. We arrived with 2 kids, to be told there was no space. I asked why she didn’t e-mail me to let me know, so we could have found somewhere else while we still had WiFi access- she couldn’t answer my question. She clearly didn’t “give a stuff” about customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The location is simply stunning. secluded and tranquil. The room was comfortable but the bathroom smells like sewage unfortunately. Service is non exist And 90 percent of the menu is not available. They don’t even have coffee. Although breakfast is included in the price. They need to charge much less if they are to expect happy customers. It’s a shame that such a beautiful place is managed and run so poorly. Hope they get their act together.

We had a very pleasant 4 nights here. The rooms are very clean with lots of space and nice beds. The owners of the hotel were a super friendly Russian couple, and all the staff were nice and helpful. Beach is a bit small but the hotel has a few sun loungers up on the grass area overlooking the bay. Breakfast was a nice selection, and evening meals were OK. It's a fairly quiet place but there are other nice restaurants just a tuk tuk away. This Hotel was the only place we stayed in Sri Lanka that had a wardrobe!!!

The guest house is managed by a friendly Russian couple. Rooms are basic and clean, with a beautiful view on the lagoon. You can swim in the water, currents are fine. Note that Showers water pressure is lower when it is being used by multiple people. The food served is nice. Just some nights it is not being served, so you may want to ask upfront. There are other nice places around (5 star hotel nearby)

The view and the beach is beautiful but everything else was bad. The toilets and the showers was not working. You cannot lock the doors because they are damaged. The hotel was doublebooked so we was asked to leave earlier. It was quite clear that the host do not manage to run the hotel even if he was friendly.
