A wonderful place to spend Christmas Eve and Day. The staff looked after us admirably, always helpful, friendly and happy to spend a bit of time with you. The menus were superb and the confit pigeon with black truffles was, and is, memorable. There was also the very pleasant surprise of a young Dutch saxophonist, there with his family, and playing for the end of the meal. We wish him the very best of luck for his future and his talent should take him far. Altogether an extremely enjoyable Christmas.

An absolute wonderful stay in Monpazier . A very elegant & comfortable chateau hotel .From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed . Thibaud was amazing . He helped us so much during our stay . A big thank you Thibaud 😃👍. Isabelle & Michelle have a truly wonderful place & being a Chef myself I appreciate there hard work to make there guests welcome . We were surprised with a cake & welcome card for our anniversary , truly wonderful. Great food cooked by Michel . Room was spotless & shower was wonderful. Monpazier is a beautiful village too & spotlessly clean . You can see that locals are proud of there village & rightly so . Wonderful 5 days relaxing after a busy season ourselves with B&B. We will definitely return . Thank you Isabelle & all the staff who work very hard to make guests stay memorable . Chris & Mary

We had stayed at the Chateau previously and had an excellent stay. When we needed a short notice stay in the Dordogne we re-booked immediately and we were welcomed back like old friends. Great room, great breakfast and we saw the pool area had been refreshed since our last visit - if only it hadn't been raining! Thank you Isabelle & Michel
