We decided to spend the night in a very nice hotel, so we chose the Manoir de la Poterie. The building is in good state but the style looks rather dated, even old fashion for a hotel which is just 15 years old. Similar with the bedroom, we expected so much more considering the 4 stars, and it was rather...

We stayed here last year around the same time of year and thought we would give it another go . Booked the Louis 16th suite as it was the last room available . I had given this 3 * last time and the same again only because again the staff make this place . Disappointed that I can't give more...

We booked late and picked this hoel on looks and car park security without checking the facilities. Room was very nice and clean but there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room an it was so hot we needed the window open all night. Two drinks in the bar set us back 25 euros incl taxes but...

I booked a night at Le Manoir De La Poterie & Spa for my wife and me to break our journey across France from Brittany to Dieppe. The hotel is modern and seemed to have everything we wanted, including the pool and spa which would be a particular treat for Mrs L. The place looks a treat, with parkland, a...

The hotel is beautifully situated in a park-like setting, but like the architecture itself, the overall management style seems to be more focused on pretending to offer high-end service and class rather than delivering the standard you expect from a hotel of that caliber. Coming back to the hotel from a very long working day, we were told by the...

I really loved this place - where do I start..... Pool - sea water at a perfect temperature, the sun shone through the class roof and walls - very relaxing... Food - delicious breakfast, we were surprised that a small hotel of just 18 rooms could have such a variety. The evening menu was just as good, we were amazed...

We stayed in the 'Judeline' room (all the rooms are named after varieties of apple), and found this to be literally one of the best places we've stayed, anywhere in the world. I loved the attention to every little detail in the rooms and throughout the whole property. The decor is just stunning and nothing has been overlooked. The staff...

Just visited the spa this weekend for French mother's day, with a friend. Spa treatment was decent, pool/hamman/lounge area was nice enough. [Would've been better if the sun had stayed around, but no one can be faulted for that!] Only complaint was that there was no real shower- it's nice to take a real shower after being slathered with oils...

We had booked a twin bedded room and confirmed by telephone receiving email confirmation from the hotel. Having checked in and gone to our room we discovered it was a double, but this mistake was immediately rectified. The twin bedded we were given was large with good standard of furnishings and bathroom also a good size. Negatives were the shower,...
