Stayed for a couple of nights as we were attending a wedding locally. Colette and Micheal - the owners - are fabulous, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is an old mansion - very traditional, and unique (if you like modern hotels, this one isn't for you). Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace, and Michael offered us fresh figs picked directly from their garden when we commented on the fig jam! We also had trouble getting a taxi one night, and Michael drove us where we needed to go - very much appreciated. There are a number of steps in this property, so not suited to those with any mobility issues, and also note, if you're driving - DO NOT follow the sat nav directions - it will try and take you down roads you'd find it difficult to walk two abreast on - instead call Colette so she can direct you via the most suitable route.

I stayed at L’Enclos for a few days while visiting Lorgues to meet friends. My stay was perfect in all respects. Collette and Pierre, the owners, were perfect hosts: welcoming, warm and interested in their guests, yet not overbearing. The house is amazing, filled with an eclectic mix of furniture and art. My room was huge, with a separate dressing, huge bathroom with a separate shower. I loved the feel of the house, and after a couple of days there I felt I was staying with friends. The location of L’Enclos is perfect for Lorgues. It is in the old town, but very quiet and surrounded by greenery. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Thank you Colette and Pierre for a memorable stay.

We spent a weekend in this beautiful house dated from 1792. The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was a bit small with a small shower space. Breakfast on the terrace was an enjoyable experience. All in all a great stay with Collette and Michel.

A beautiful historic property close to the centre of the town but nicely tucked away. Spacious first floor room that met our requirements, pleasant outside terrace and a jacuzzi in the garden to ease you into the chill of Lorgues...thanks to Colette and Michel for looking after us so well.

This was a charming old gated house with a large, comfortable and very interesting room ( a theme that was repeated throughout) and all the facilities we needed. The owners Colette and Michel were so welcoming the moment we arrived and for all of our stay. They were so attentive on directions to various places and anything else and recommended a great restaurant where they were obviously very well known. We felt part of the family albeit for only 3 nights. Had trouble navigating there as Lourges has a lot of small roads, some of which are one way and our Sat Nav nearly blew a gasket! However a young local guy pointed to us in the right direction. We would stay there again if we were in the region. So much better than a ‘standard’ hotel. There was a Hotel in the same village charging 500 Euros per night so ours was just as good for a fraction of this price.
