These apartments are basic and a little bit tired looking (nothing a coat of paint or varnish wouldn't fix up) but were clean and had everything we needed (I suppose a microwave might have been useful but we didn't miss having one). We were there for 5 days and it was cleaned and towels replaced 3 times in that time...

We rented an apartment from an owner. The apartment was clean and functional, but like the whole complex looked tired. The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped - no kitchen knives or dishwasher. I was horrified at the state of the pillows - stained and not used with pillow protectors. Location was great, overlooking the harbour. My husband and I both...

We booked this as a real cheapy on a self catering basis, last minute just fancied some winter sun ! The location is good overlooking the marina on one side, a small street down to the beach on the other and just opposite the public lido for which you get free access. It cost us 55 euros in a taxi...

Plus points were free access to a large seawater swimming pool with sun beds and good restaurant immediately adjacent to apartments. Free access to wifi in hotel reception area. Laundry facilities available. Minus points were that our apartment looked onto a noisy back street, was less than comfortably furnished and the toilet bidet area had a very unpleasant smell. The...

Like previous reviews we found these apartments tired and in need of an up grade. However if you are not fussey these apartments are basic but adequate. Kitchen units shabby but kettle, toaster and full cooker provided. No sun on balcony overlooking marina which was noisey during the day but quiet at night. We were facing the marina but had...

Though rather tired, these apartments are in a great location by the marina. The reception staff were friendly and we had a room with a big balcony in the main block. The apartment was very clean but kitchen could do with a refit. There was an oven and hob and also a very good size fridge and freezer combined. In...

This complex is starting to look a bit tired but is fantastic value none the less. Located down by the harbour it's in a good spot in what is a fairly uninspiring resort - Brit bars and little choice for eating other than pizza and steak. What Los Gigantes has going for it that it's a base for taking a...

Me and my friend stayed here for 7 nights in October - it was basic with a living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It's probably in need of a bit of an update, but for me I don't spend all of my time in the apartment. I like to explore and be out and about when I'm on holiday,...

Yes go for private .. you have travelled, it has cost you so go for luxury private and enjoy, do some home work as we go to five star overlooking boats. The village is authentic and restaurants and public pools are excellent.

We went as a family of 4 - that is 2 adults, 16 yr old and 12 yr old for 7 nights 1st week of September. This place is classed as a 2 star but it really does punch above its weight. We booked a one bed apartment and were given a huge two bed apartment with a view of...
