Klayman Diamond Aparthotel is in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, in about 45 km to the west from the southern airport Aeropuerto Tenerife Sur (Reina Sofía). From the terrace or balcony of your apartment you can see the famous giant rock formations Acantilados de Los Gigantes, that rise from the sea to the height of 500-600 meters. You are welcome to enjoy the calm and the beauty of the area, as well as the comfort and the quality of our facilities. Klayman Diamond Aparthotel received its first guests on the 15th of August in 2017. By that time the whole complex had been completely reformed. All our apartments are absolutely new, as well as the common areas, including the bar and the kitchen. Every corner of the hotel is made with a lot of love and dedication. And we hope we can transmit to you how important every our guest is for us through the quality of the services provided.

I loved this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, special mention to Jaime, who went out of his way to make our stay special. The views were wonderful (we did have 3 palm trees in our way (not on hotel property) and the sunsets and dawns worth seeing. Just wow!
I liked the flexibility of being able to self cater / or eat in the very good restaurant, or order room service from the restaurant. We have the most awesome goat stew. Both restaurant prices and bar prices were comparable if not cheaper than the bars / restaurants within los gigantes
Breakfast was ok, though rather repetitive after a week. At peak times service was a little slow and queues for the 1 (!) coffee machine but the view and friendly guests overcame that.
We had a studio, which was well equipped, and the bed was super comfy. we asked for more pillows, which arrived within 5 minutes making it the perfect sleep. The studio was cleaned 6 days a week, and was always spotless.
We stayed over Christmas. There was a special evening you could book on Christmas eve, but nothing happening Christmas day. The staff all had hats and Christmas music playing but that was it. This i thought given guests were mainly British, German and Russian a little odd Of course in Spain Kings day (January) is celebrated more than Christmas day. Plenty of things happening within the centre though, and lots of availability.
The location of this complex is perfect for those who like peace - theres no entertainment, no reps, nobody bugging you, but can access the business of the centre easily. Be prepared for the 2 hills, locals call it 'cardiac hill'. Taxis are easily available and are four euros.
Would recommend, and would return.
If you are in 001 to 004 be prepared for the breakfast noise! One piece of feedback to the management would be.... please put a door on the kitchen. we were woken most morning with the noise of eggs being beaten, very loud conversations from the kitchen and the general clatter noise from a kitchen. The noise wasnt as bad in the evening but the mornings....wow! On a positive it made me get up and go for breakfast!

Stayed over New Year in a one bed apartment, bedroom quite small but plenty of wardrobe space and the living space and large patio made up for it, we had an apartment on the bottom floor where the patios are probably a bit more spacious than the upper rooms. It was very clean with good kitchen facilities, the bathroom had a nice walk in shower. The location of these apartments is really lovely up in the hillside, although the hill is steep it was not a problem at all and the views are definitely worth it. The pool area was so tranquil, very relaxing with lovely views it was so easy to get fresh pool towels if you wanted, loved the two double Cabana Beds which were super comfy. The cocktail menu was very good and all cocktails we tried were excellent, between 2pm and 4pm they were 8 euro which was difficult not to take advantage of most days. We ate lunch around the pool several days during our stay and I have to say the food was amazing, the salads were so tasty and well presented. We were disappointed that they had decided during our stay to stop serving evening meals as we had decided the food was so nice during the day we would eat at the hotel, but completely understood why because the restaurant was not really being used very much as most people went into town, a true shame because we came to realise that the food was far better than what we had experienced eating out in Los Gigantes. Overall most perfect, personally thought it would have been a nice touch to have Bathrobes in the rooms to wear when sitting on your balcony when it’s a bit chilly. Also cushion mattresses on the sun beds around the pool as I didn’t find the pool beds comfortable and the Cabana’s weren’t always free. Had no Wi-Fi for most of our stay which was annoying not being able to access basic stuff.
Overall I would highly recommend these apartments, all the staff were friendly and helpful during our time at SKA Diamond.

Stayed a week in the SKA Diamond Aperthotel January 2020. Great location for views over the Atlantic with the island of La Gomera on the horizon. Spotlessly clean, helpful, pleasant staff and spacious apartment. The pool is big enough for a decent swim with plenty of sun loungers and free towels from reception. There is only one bar located next to the pool which opens from early unti late. Reasonable prices for drinks. Did not sample the food. There is a small restaurant which serves breakfast at additional cost. Again did not try this. Evening meals are only available on Saturday at present so be aware. Only small downsides for us were the beds are quite small and ours were worn (too soft) but the staff did try to remedy this immediately we notified them. The other point to bear in mind is there is quite a steep walk back from the town. Not a problem for us but if your mobility isn't great, worth thinking about. However taxis are cheap and if you have limited mobiity I would suggest you don't stay at Los Gigantes full stop.

We are so happy with our stay at ska Diamond. It’s the perfect place for couple’s who are longing for some time of their own. The pool area is calm and inviting. Lunch was great. We tried the shrimp salad and grilled shrimps. Both were wonderful.
We would also recommend to rent a car if you would feel the need to see something else. It’s really close to the mountains. The roads are quite curvy but the view is spectacular.
The rooms are just like the pictures on the website. Cleaning is spotless, beds are comfortable ( the sofa bed is really hard so avoid if possible) and the kitchen has all you need. We had breakfast at the terrace every morning viewing the mountains and the sea. Special thanks to Pedro in the reception who made our stay the best🤗

A fantastic stay here in a studio apartment for six nights. Whether you decide to relax at the pool, on your balcony or at the bar you are guaranteed peace and quiet. Room was pleasantly decorated with everything you need, particularly in the kitchenette. Bar prices are reasonable and the staff very attentive and helped with all enquiries in including the arranging and renting of a car. Particular thanks to Alex for his genuine helpful nature and recommendations. The hotel is in a quieter spot within five minutes walk to Los Gigantes but you will struggle with the steep walk back up the hill if you aren’t the fittest! Finally, the sunsets are breathtaking, there is no better spot in Los Gigantes to enjoy them; we will miss them most of all!

We booked for 7 nights (2 adults 2children) and have been really impressed, rooms are good (very clean, even in a sand storm) but what makes this hotel stand out for us is the lovely pool area and views, location (short walk to town) customer service and food (delicious and well priced). A special mention for Katya in reception, nothing is to much trouble. Our flight home was cancelled last minute (so we are staying for an extra 6nights) it took a bit of juggling but she has gone over and above looking after us (also unlike other hotels the ska didn’t hike up prices when we needed to rebook short notice, in fact they gave us a discount!). Can’t recommend this place highly enough, we definitely plan to return. Thank you for an unforgettable trip everyone at ska. Customer is excellent.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights during a two centre holiday on Tenerife and genuinely wish we could have stayed for longer. We upgraded from a studio to a top floor 1 bedroom apartment (room 212) with a fantastic view of the cliffs, harbour etc. The open plan lounge & kitchen was really spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need, particularly if self catering. The balcony/terrace was roomy with 2 comfy sunbeds, a large parasol and a small table & chairs. The bedroom had sized sliding wardrobes with plenty of room to store clothes & luggage, a free safe and nice comfy bed with cool crisp cotton sheets. It was my birthday during our stay and my thoughtful eldest son had arranged the hotel to provide flowers, chocs & a bottle of fizz as a surprise, they even put up a banner & balloons it was such a lovely surprise to come back to after a day exploring so thanks to the lovely Mila for sorting on his behalf :) The apartment and everywhere was so clean with sunbeds always available around the beautiful pool area, even though the hotel was fully booked. Our room rate included breakfast and it was excellent with a large varied choice to suit any palate and again the restaurant was spotless with great views of Los Gigantes. It is within walking distance (if mobility is good) down to the town, harbour etc, with plenty of nice bars & restaurants to chose from, walking back up can be a challenge but taxis available if you would find this a struggle (although by the end of night 3 we found it easier to walk up especially after a few drinks!). No issues parking outside on the street for free either, there always seem to be a space available nearby and so quiet at night. Overall we had a brilliant stay, staff are so friendly & helpful - I would highly recommend this lovely aparthotel and if we return to Los Gigantes in the future it will be at the top of my list :)

We recently spent 2 weeks at SKA Diamond.The apartment was so much better than we expected, really spacious, a well equipped kitchen, large balcony with an amazing view. The pool area was attractive with plenty of sun beds and the snack bar was a real bonus. We ate in the restaurant both Saturday evenings and the food and service was excellent. The hotel staff were really helpful and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The sunsets were spectacular and happy hour cocktails a bonus. The steep walk down to the harbour wasn’t really a problem and if we couldn’t be bothered to climb back up to the apartment, a taxi cost less than 4 euros! We are really looking forward to returning next year for a longer break.

Diamond is a smallish peaceful aparthotel with lovely views over the sea, village and Gigantes rocks. The staff is very nice and competent. Apartment 109 was modern and clean (thanks Rita) with a big balcony towards the sea and La Gomera Island, La Palma was also to be seen on clear days. The bar service with snacks and drinks was good and the prices also. Restaurant open only on Saturday evenings, this should be corrected on their website. The way downhill to the village is easy and back you can take a taxi for max 4 euros. Some development suggestions: an arm chair or two additional to the sofa as there is no other comfy seating in the living room; also a hanger or rack for clothes and things; the plastic sheets are very uncomfortable; the plastic wine and other glasses in the restarurant should be changed to real glasses.
