This is a wonderful family run hotel that has tons of history. Famous for belonging to Admiral Collingwood. Every Friday morning the hotel manager, who is the son of the owner, gives a tour of the hotel and tells you about it's history. It is full of lovely artifacts collected over the years. The staff are very helpful and the... More

The most friendly and relaxing stay. Hotel quaint loved my stay staff very friendly. Lovely clean rooms. No tv or air conditioning but this did not affect my enjoyment. Guests seem to go back year after year and I can understand this now. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The house itself has a very interesting History which you can... More

Excellent Hotel wonderful staff and in a great location for walks or catching a bus around the Island. we stayed for two weeks and had a great time and met some really lovely people who return to the hotel year after year. If you are looking for a really chilled out holiday then this is a wonderful place to stay.

Everywhere is kept immaculate, Breakfast, is basic but plentiful. The bar and food served there was good. Unfortunately our stay was marred a little by... More

Stayed here for two weeks, end of June/beginning of July. What an excellent small hotel. Unusual historic style main building with nearby rooms around the pool and garden areas. All simple, basic rooms away from the main building but very clean. well maintained and peaceful. The staff (all of them we met) were outstanding! Very helpful and friendly. Very rare... More

I spent 4 nights at the Hotel del Almirante in mid July. I found the hotel charming and slightly nostalgic, as if from a bygone era. The Admiral Collingwood memorabilia all thought the house is fascinating for anyone interested in history and they also offer a weekly talk on the place. Sadly we missed it because it was on a... We have an apartment at the other side if the island so stayed just one night to experience the night life in Calas Fonts. Everyone in the hotel were so friendly. We had a refurbished room overlooking the port. Basic room but v clean and comfortable. Only downside was noise from the sun terrace above. Think it was being cleaned... More
