Nice architecture and gardens but lift sometimes doesnt work, dogs make noise day and night and mobile has low signal independently from operator. If you are looking for a quiet place and you use a lot your mobile its not the place to be.

It's 10:30 pm and someone in the block seems to be reorganizing their furniture arrangement. Lots of screeching - like tuning a violin - and it went on for 20 minutes. 11:00pm An elderly sounding gentleman has taken a mobile phone call, He seems to be hard of hearing - a trait which causes him to shout all his responses... We love it, it's nice and relaxing with 6 pools to choose from everyday, tennis court and duquesa golf club just two min away. You will need transport to move around as there's a few supermarket just five min and a great night life especially in summer down at the puerto de la Duquesa (marina). At the entrance of the... My whole holiday was ruined by a family of four somewhere in Block 7 or 8 who had no consideration for others. TV on loud all evening...well into the night. Talking on the balcony to 1am!! I've come home for a rest!! Dog poo still everywhere. That's not changed from my previous review.

5 of us travelled to Puerto de la Duquesa in August 2015. It is an amazing place. We had a three bedded appartment with two bathrooms. We had all the mods and cons. Out balcony on 2nd floor over looked the pools area [2 pools]. We could also look at the beach which was across the road from the appartment.... More

Wonderful holiday here! Southern Spain has plenty of Sun,Sea,Sangria and Seafood! We have to choose our holidays carefully as we have a 5 yr old Autistic son and our life is based around his needs primarily. This year we chose an apartment from the Owners Abroad Website. The second time we have done so and the second time we have... More

We stayed for 4 nights in a lovely well equipped/well presented apartment. The complex is very secure and kept in in good condition. A car is essential as although the 25 min walk to the marina is okay on the way down - with a stop for a drink 2/3rds of the way - we didnt even attempt the walk... More

We went here as an annual family holiday this year and were pleased with what we received. The apartment is spacious with an open plan living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped utility room. The bedrooms were very clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. Most of my family had pains with their backs after just a... More

Returned for a stay in May 2015. Lady with a young dog living somewhere in Bloque 7 does not pick up after her dog leaving it for all to see in the flower beds. Daily basis! Also the gardens have not been attended to for a while - loads of weeds.....maybe due to the daily dog poo?
