The most amazing hotel I have stayed in, we had a superior double room with sea view, it was kept immaculately clean and the toiletries in the bathroom were lovely, there is no need for you to bring shower gel, shampoo or conditioner as it is all in the bathroom when you arrive. The view is beyond beautiful, we could actually sit on the balcony of our room or the terrace at the pool bat and watch dolphins. The food was fantastic, we tried the lunch at the pool bar and it was very good, particularly the pizza and hot dogs. The strange rule though is if you are all inclusive you can’t order food from the pool bar between 1 and 3. The choice of food in the buffet restaurant was fantastic, always thee different pizzas, three sauces for pasta, two choices of fish and two choices of meat all cooked fresh to order. I would return to this hotel for the desserts alone! I am not usually tempted to eat cake and ice cream but I ate it every night here and loved it. We weren’t too impressed with the entertainment but other people seemed to love it. We enjoyed the whole experience that much that we are planning a second visit soon.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed a week in this resort and honestly it was very difficult to fault it. Room: we stayed in room 428 which was a corner room with 2 balconies (1 with a tub) and the scenery was just incredible. I could have spent hours there. The cleaning staff come to clean your room and provide fresh towels every day if you wish. Staff: every single member of staff were so polite and eager to help. You can see they take covid very seriously and sanitised everything very regularly (including the pool handle bars). All inclusive: we opted for the all inclusive option and its safe to say we came home with added pounds. You will not go hungry here. There was a good selection of drinks included however I enjoyed mostly the caipirinhas (at a discounted price of €3). Food: Breakfast was the best by far. Lunch and dinners were quite similar. The snacks at the bar are delicious, I recommend the nachos. Location: the resort is located in a quiet part of Tenerife which I enjoyed. We rented a car through the hotel (There are multiple options) which was great to explore the island and go to Siam park, but the parking is quite a nightmare. You can also go snorkeling at the Cove by the resort where you will see a lot of marine animals. Overall I would 100% stay here again.

This is simply our favourite hotel. We have been there 4 times before and loved it. The rooms are with balconies.Very good and comfortable beds that can be placed with 5 cms distance, to secure a better sleep. This time we could see Los Gigantos from our balcony with afternoon sun, a spectacular cliff. The hotel has 3 swimmingpools and a lot of sunchairs. The local restaurants are also worth a visit with very good food at reasonable and value for money prices. Esp. the orange duck was excellent in San Francisco Restaurant. The hotel is situated quite well to go sightseeing. The best feature is the extremely service-minded staff. I. e helping you out with very noisy neighbours. Fetching your towel in the spa when it was raining...A true pleasure to be back! Last but not least a 10 % reduction for pensionists.

Amazing place to stay wgen needing switch of break. Such a friendly members, always welcoming, goes extra mile, you never need to wait for long to be served. Just note to mtself is tp tske a taxi, rather thrn shuttle service, as takrn over 2.30h to get there and from hotel to the airport. Other than that we enjoyed every single day being there. The views, the food, the people

Fantastic hotel, room 421 has a double balcony, with spa bath and views to die for. Best place we have ever stayed, staff all brilliant and friendly, will go again. Location a bit quiet, but suited us. Lovely walks along the coast, right on the doorstep. Walking distance to several villages and Marina. Local bus a few hundred yards up the hill, takes you to Los Christanos for 9 euros.

Had a great time once again at the barcelo santiago, have now booked for Dec 22 The staff are amazing, the ones that have been their years remember you. Can't wait to go back. The only query i have is that the food could be improved, there is no kids corner as there has been before covid.

A short break (5 night, 6 days) half board. Breakfast and evening meal lovely, great selection with themed evenings - Italian, Canarian, Around the World. Staff polite and helpful, always looked happy. Upgraded room to sea view on day 2, worth the extra €6/pp/pn. Managed to keep room for late check out although again there was a charge, worth it for us. Ice creams at pool bar expensive if not AI but supermarket just outside so purchased from there. Didn’t use bar facilities; all in all a fab break in the glorious sunshine.

Our first abroad holiday as a family of 3 and we loved every second! It was such a relaxing hotel and the views just made it for us, we felt really chilled all week. Our little girl was almost 2 and I'd say the hotel was suitable for her, if children were a little older I'd probably recommend a hotel with more child friendly entertainment (even though there is a kids club, the evening entertainment for children was very limited!)
