Clean, tidy, pleasant and accommodating staff. Incredible views. Recommend all inclusive - wine beer drinks and food all great value. Excellent place to relax. Good gym facilities. Nice pools and lounge area. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. Nice area around hotel also for walking but hilly. Would return
Wow what a place, loved every single minute we stayed in this hotel. We booked a sea view room with a hot tub, wouldn’t book a hot tub again as we didn’t really use it that much. (Personal choice nothing to do with the hot tub itself). Everywhere was totally spotless and Covid safe, Room cleaned on a daily basis, breakfast lunch and dinner was excellent, plenty of choice and changed on a daily basis. Pool and staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you, We ate at the pool bar for lunch most days. I have seen a few people Mention they didn’t get all the food and drinks on the menu with being all inclusive which is correct but was no issue for us, plenty of choice on offer still, mojito isn’t on the all inclusive but it’s €2 to buy!! Safely say we had a few!! Best all inclusive hotel me and my partner have ever stay in, and we are season travellers a few times a year. No hassle for sun loungers like other hotels, maybe as it was quiet because of Covid I don’t know. If you are thinking about booking this hotel I suggest you stop thinking and get booking you won’t be disappointed in the slightest. The views are unbelievable!!! I have a drone that I take on my travels and got some great pictures that I have uploaded.…
I do travel a lot, but this stay was one of the best. Staff is very helpful, kind and friendly. The best view which you can imagine. Rooms were super clean. The food is tasty! Definitely recommend for “all inclusive” pack
We have been coming to this hotel every year for the last 16 years and absolutely love it. The accomodation is excellent, particularly those with a sea view and the island of La Gomera, with choice of de luxe or super deluxe rooms and a choice of meal options,( we always choose All Inclusive) The very best thing about this hotel are the staff, who cannot do enough to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our favourite staff are David and Pablo, who do their very best to ensure you never want for a drink or a meal, thanks guys. We can thoroughly recommend.
We have just returned from a very pleasant 1 week stay in Barcelo Santiago. The hotel is beautifully designed with fantastic views from all pool areas, restaurants and sea view rooms. The pictures on the web site actually do not do the view justice - it is superb. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. We treated ourselves to a hot tub, which was welcome after a hike in the nearby mountains. The staff were without exception friendly, hard working and attentive. Superb. We were half board and enjoyed the variety of food on offer. We particularly liked the fresh fish cooked in front of us at one of the stations. There were sometimes supply issues at busy times, with staff struggling to keep up and keep all dishes stocked (not due to their effort, probably due to understaffing) - but it wasn’t too much of an issue. We would however criticise the labelling, which was at best sporadic and sometimes non existent - so it was occasionally guesswork as to what a dish was! Labelling of allergens also seemed a little inconsistent. This is an issue that the management could and should easily fix.…
